The saga continues when I call the office and say what is happening and that's when I keep getting transferred more then 8 times to the point where I ask for a live person and they still couldn't get me one and said she will call back and then doesn't! Ext day I call and say what happened again and said I need to have a live person now and they ok she's available and then transfer me to the wrong office I call back and they say oh sorry for that then send me to her line and of course answering machine!! Finally I was like I need a manager and does that help no!!
