I actually harassed him by calling him many times and asking many questions. But every time Pierre would always reply to my calls & messages This gave a great sense of satisfaction. There were many pre-construction agents who were chasing me for their business, but none were like Pierre. He told me that he would help me secure one of the best unit in the condo Project i was looking for. Pierre delivered as he promised, and Actually helped me allocate one of the unique unit in the top floor of the project (with great layout & a large Terrace). He himself was looking to book that but offered me the first choice. Looking at the great service & the Trust he build with me, I also requested him to book another unit in a highly sort after project. Even though i was late by few days, Pierre was able to secure the unit with the Layout & Direction I preferred. Pierre & his team Christianne & Joy are awesome & provide great & prompt customer service. Highly Recommend Anyone looking for Platinum Pre-Construction Condos to get in touch with Pierre. Many Thanks Pierre for helping us get the Preferred Units we desired. Coming from a Highly Satisfied Customer. Keep up the good Work.

Julie is a gem of a human: really smart, kind, listened carefully when we told her our goals, made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish, and she knows the real estate business inside out. She's a people person, and she earned our trust -- so important when planning and executing such a significant transaction as selling a home. The other experts she brought in for staging, photos, etc., were fabulous as well, and each contributed a great deal to the success of our sale. The same is true of other members of her support staff, all of whom are highly organized, efficient, professional, and supportive. I 100% recommend The Julie Kinnear Team. If you choose to work with Julie or another member of her team, know that you will be in good hands from the minute you first meet until the final details of your purchase or sale are finalized. I was living in the US with our two toddlers and helping care for my godmom who is battling cancer when my husband accepted a job in Toronto. We had no plans to leave Vancouver and had just over a month to make the move to the GTA. I hitched a trailer onto the back of my SUV and drove 20+ hours to Toronto with only a weekend to secure a rental before flying back to Vancouver. My husband and I both were under a lot of stress and Ali (our realtor) swooped in to help us with one of our biggest decisions - where to live! From the moment we first connected with her, she demonstrated such professionalism, responsiveness in matching our needs and desires to an ideal location and impressive confidence in her ability to get us exactly what we wanted. I spent two days touring homes with Ali and lots of emails, texts and phone calls between the three of us. I love that the company is run by women, and they are all great with communication and trying to understand your needs. Christine and Lori also reached out several times prior to commencing our search and even after we moved in, making sure that everything went smoothly and that we were happy. They also off wrap-around services and referrals for any type of repair, renovation or service work you may need in your home. We are beyond satisfied with this company and the services that Ali provided to us and will definitely continue to work with them, and refer our contacts as well.

We truly love working with Christine and her team because they are very quick to respond to emails/ calls and if there is a request they ensure to complete it ASAP. Christine truly cares for her clients and always ensure they are taken care of. We truly consider Christine as a friend not just a agent, she is so warm and welcoming. My husband and I view the condo on Saturday at 2PM and Rakhee and Anika (Mortgage Savvy) they did the underwrite in just under and hour and we purchases the place by 8PM. Needless to say they are a DREAM TEAM. Anika was excellent took the time to go over every detail which was great as this was all new and abundance of information. Thank you to everyone, we are all moved in and couldn't be happier.

Sandra was always available to answer questions, give advice or offer referrals for anything. We saw that Neveen had absolutely glowing reviews and decided to bite the bullet. THE BEST bullet we've ever bitten - Neveen turned out to be completely everything we wanted in our experience - she's kind, she's patient, she's thoughtful, she's detail oriented, attentive - I could go on and on, but the word I would use to describe working with her is - seamless. She's extremely efficient and an effective communicator. There was never any "chasing" involved - you contact her, she responds. You have a question, she answers. Overall - Neveen is also extremely empathetic and she can just read you on an energetic level. She could tell right away when we weren't feeling a listing, but goes out of her way to not only show you listings you want, but to point out listings you want to avoid. We were pretty aggressive with showings, and my partner and I were able to find a home in two weeks. Throughout this time, Neveen worked tirelessly and made sure the whole ordeal was, again, as seamless as could be. And she's lowkey hilarious. The laughs we shared during this time, actually blossomed into a great friendship. No doubt we will continue to keep contact with Neveen - she was part of a huge milestone, and greatly impacted our lives. Working with Neveen has been amazing, and I apologize to her personally that I couldn't get this out into the universe fast enough.
