He threw a tantrum like I never imagined, and Judy tried to step in and do a tandem haircut with the stylist. My son was a MESS! The stylist whose name I don't know, sadly, stayed focused in spite of my son's meltdown and did a great job cutting his hair. The results are adorable even though the process was terrible. None of the employees seemed disapproving or frustrated, though my husband and I both were. We were so flustered that he forgot his new (to us) iPhone. We didn't realize until we finished running errands over an hour later. We went back to the salon, and they handed it right over. (I wasn't really concerned that an employee would take it, but I figured another guest might possibly take it.) Judy's looked after us! $12 for a child's haircut is a great deal. It's not as great a deal when you have to leave a huge tip because your child is a basket case. I HIGHLY recommend this place for children's haircuts!

My last appointment was not all that. My daughter got the day of beauty package. I was the first…read moreone to book the appointment I know because I told the other parent about it days after the fact. Yet she was the last one to go. One of the mirrors was a complete disarray and nobody cleaned it up. The guy cleaned the entire building except for that one space. So she had to sit at the gaming area. We were over 20 minutes past her appointment time because of a child in front of her who couldn't handle the haircut. We were half an hour late to the party that we are supposed to be at even though I planned for us to have more than enough time to get the appointment done get something to eat and show up on time. The lady that did her hair was great makeup and the hair looked awesome the experience sucked. I've started going to snippets for my son because the last two experiences for him have been completely trash. The game console thing didn't work and the one after that she just didn't show up and cancel the appointment as we showed up for it. Be careful what you ask for, you asked for a review so here it is.
