Located a bit deeper in Poway but worth it. They have a bunch of different smoothie options both more on the fruity/green side to the more decadent, creamy side. I got the Happy Night Energy and you can tell the high quality ingredients that go in to each smoothie. Can't wait to go back and try some of their bowls & other smoothies!

There are some tables and chairs out front (nice to have) that somehow always make me feel like I'm eating in the middle of the parking lot (less ideal). The workers are typically... very young, so customer service is a mixed bag depending on who you get. However, today I was informed that they were out of an ingredient in their "Sunny" signature bowl that I was trying to order because it said it supports Mt Carmel Athletics. I said OK, great - can I get a different ingredient instead? (Because in my mind, if you're out of part of the product that the customer is paying for... you'd get something else added to equal the original amount of product.) I was told I could remove something from a signature bowl, but adding or swapping a different ingredient would make it a custom/ choose-your-own bowl instead. I neither had the energy to nor felt I should have to delve into a conversation about inconsistencies of logic, the concept of getting what you pay for, or the fact that generally speaking this has not previously been the response at other stores in the same situation. So I ended up smiling, saying nevermind, and leaving without a bowl. They won't be losing much money on me since I don't go often, but in future my choice will be easy as I'll just always go next door for OG Golden Spoon froyo instead.

Because even with being surrounded by enemies like, "all natural" Juice Bars, Bolba shoppes, and mom and pop's coffee shops," this place delivers and perseveres. That in itself deserves patronage, or you can go to a place that judges you as you walk in (if you're not a regular the service and quality of product never quite matches the description. And don't get me started with the picture. I enjoy Bolba, trying interesting creations at mom and pop's shoppes, and when I am convinced or looking to try something new an "all-natural," juice bar deserves a must-try. Or I can order online and get my wheatgrass shot with a perfect sliced orange in a chilled cup and lid and my drink made with coffee, chocolate, coconut water, and vitamins prepared and waiting to be picked up. I'll do that. It's hard not to get addicted.
