This is a shit hole. The elevators never work, and they have elderly patients. I can't tell you…read morehow many times I had to hold the door open for people coming in with walkers alone as they struggled to get to the fourth floor without an elevator working. The staff just sat behind the counter doing nothing but show their talent of speaking Spanish. Really fit the stereotype. I've had to wait for long periods of times for my grandfather to be seen. One time we're late (like I said, elevator doesn't work for the elderly who need it and there's never any parking up front.) It took us an extra 5 minutes from the 15 were given when late to any appointment. Apparently, there were so many people after us at the same time were supposed to be in with the doctor. That's just money greed for you in today's age. Doctors try to get you in and get you out within 5 minutes & charge you the sum of your house. Disgusting. No one else is here and yet the doctor still can't see him yet. I hope karma burns this place to the ground. If you love your loved ones, don't bring them here. And if you hate your loved ones, then I recommend you drop them off at the front door at the ground level and have them try to work their way up only to deal with the spanish speaking guard dog up front in the the office. Goodluck! -my condolences Rin

As an RN, I was aware of the guidelines for treatment, and he follows ALL the recommended treatments based on the most recent evidence. When the office building experienced a broken pipe, the elevators were nonfunctioning, and we were left to wait in the building management office until they were restored or reschedule. Dr. Mafi came to the 2nd floor and saw us in the conference room since we were unable to get to his 7th floor office. If you're looking for a cardiologist, I can highly recommend him.

Following my husband's heart attack, which might have been avoided if we had been under Dr. Hashemi's care from the beginning, we made a six-hour journey to see him. We knew that only his expertise could provide the advanced treatment my husband needed, in contrast to the conservative approaches we had previously encountered. What truly sets Dr. Hashemi apart is not just his unparalleled medical proficiency but also the extraordinary care and attention he gives to each of his patients. He takes the time to listen and develop a holistic treatment plan. I wish more doctors demonstrated the same level of comprehensive care that Dr. Hashemi provides--it truly makes all the difference. I also want to extend my gratitude to his medical team at Dominion Cardiac Care for their exceptional care and support.

It appeared that there may have been another patients paperwork that was just left in my room unattended. The doctor that I saw was unprofessional with awful bedside manner. Refused to give me continued treatment for something I have been diagnosed with for well over two years now. Took them almost half an hour after my scheduled appointment just to call me back. Something just didn't seem right about this place. The door was left open during some parts of my appointment where I hardly had any privacy.

This place is a total scam and they are all about making money. Went here to get an echo performed…read moreand to gather some heart data from a holter monitor. Our insurance company stated that we owed them co-pay as we saw a "specialist doctor." There was not one doctor onsite and the echo was performed by an echo specialist, not a real doctor. Also, they sent another claim to our insurance company for dropping off a 24 hr holter monitor. The claim indicated that he holter monitor was a "48" hour when in fact they did not even have a "48" hour and only a "24" hour and charged our insurance company for a "48" hour!!! Also, just for dropping off the "24" hour holter monitor at the front desk, they sent us another "$30" specialist co-pay which stated that we saw a Dr, Shahryar Mafi!!! Who the F*** is Shahryar Mafi????!!!!!? I never even met that person ever in my life..? Did a follow-up appointment with my PCP as he advised me to go see him after I get my echo/holter done. My Dr. informed me that Carient care never provided the results over to his office. During my follow-up my Dr. had to contact Carient Care and they stated that the results were sent, when in fact this was false as the Dr. did not have anything from them! Please beware if you go here you may end up paying for fake medical claims. I have submitted this information over to my insurance company Lastly, the billing department was so rude, very rude. I called them inquiring about the two co-payment bills that I received from them and the lady went off on me over the phone. I basically asked them why I received two bills from them for a special co-pay and to summarize what said over the phone, she basically said my insurance company sucks...Oh how polite!! Carient care sent a few unprofessional uncalled for fake medical claims over to my insurance company. Am I supposed to automatically pay these bills without contacting the billing department and asking them questions about the bills? Avoid this place!! Places like this why the US medical system is corrupt and why we need a universal health care system ASAP!

The world is unkind to the elderly and so is Dr. Aysha Arshad. One would think someone in their…read moreprofession would be a bit kinder. Today on Vetrans Day (11 Nov 2025) my 77 year old mom a veteran of the US Army and who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease had a very difficult time making it to her appointment with Dr. Arshad because of her condition. My mom lives 17 miles away from the clinic. Here in Northern Virginia that's over an hour drive on a day like today. I knew we were going to be late due to the traffic so i called to tell them we may be about 30 minutes late. The lady i spoke with at the clinic said that they have a 15 minutes late grace period as per their policy. After that we would have to reschedule. That's usually the case with most clinics, understandably. I asked so if we make it by that time will we still be seen and the answer was yes. I told her we would do the best we could to get there by then. Well we made it. I parked in the front got my mom out with her walker. They have no handicap parking. So i had to leave the cars paralleled parked in the front help her to the elevator then go park the car. My mom was exhausted. We got there at within the grace period by two minutes. The appointment was 4pm we were at the counter at 4:13pm. They turned us away. The lady said she would have to talk to the Dr. who's with a patient and that would put her over the time. She said "Dr. Arshad doesn't like late patients." Absolutely no mercy. She said that we would have to reschedule. I said no thank you. There are plenty of other Cardiologists in town that actually care about sick and elderly people and have empathy. This clinic apparently only cares about patient volume for profit. The lady at the desk claimed she understands. How could she or Dr. Arshad understand how a 77 year old woman feels with stage 4 kidney disease.
