We have now filed 3 times with different contractors to get a new roof and even with the evidence of a bad leak in my bathroom they denied the claims each time. The one time their insurance adjuster wouldn't even go up on the roof!! So no, I am not happy with the service we have received. We have paid enough over the years that our claim should have been accepted.
