Wow what a transformation!! This used to be a fairly boring , run of the mill hardware shop now it has a massive new extension with a range of household products and a lovely - small - garden centre. Well lit, well laid out with headers on the aisles and their prices are far better than the boxes (Woodies, B&Q etc.).
Their Waterford Stanley cooker showroom is awesome and they have a good size paint department and will mix any colour you need. They cut keys too I think.
Car park is large and free thankfully.
Pity they don't open Sunday but they are open all day Saturday unlike most of the other hardware shops in Ennis.
One small gripe is you have to queue for service at the trade counter but I believe there is an express checkout on the way soon.
All in all a good experience and the staff know what they're on about. read more
