We were offered a tour of the facility and nothing was hidden from us. One of the things that makes this place special is the fact that we received daily updates with pics of our boy. Also, knowing that they do obedience training as well as AKC CGC certification, we know that they will not let our young pup get away with unruly behaviors and also make sure he is well behaved in certain situations (waiting to go through doors, not allowing jumping, sitting for meals). This is by no means the most fancy place I have ever been but they care about their guests, know what they are doing and have been doing it for years. They are priced very fairly and drop off and pickup times are convenient. Highly recommend these nice folks!
