Unfortunately, we had to cancel the services 6 mos. into our 1-year payment. At first they were doing a great job, very detailed, and my parents were happy with services and the staff that did the cleaning. Then, as time went on, the level of service went down hill to the point my mother didn't want them cleaning anymore. The owner did refund our remaining payment & pre-paid tips. My lesson learned, don't "pre-pay" or "pre-tip" for this type of service. Pay as you go and most definitely, do not send in the tip before the service is provided. FYI, we decided to do that as we (my siblings and I) all live out of state and didn't want Mom & Dad to have to worry about "Tips". Lesson learned.
