Fantastic place to live, especially in the summer as its right beside the river Dodder and a park. The one bedroom apartments could do with being bigger thats my only quibble. The Luas line is only 3 minutes away and its 10 minutes into town on it and as its equidistant to both, its only a 20 minute stroll to Rathmines or Ranelagh. You can walk down to Ranelagh by the river and you would swear you were in the countryside. Apartment blocks are kept in good nick and in the 3 years I've been here I haven't seen or heard of any break in's or anti-social behavior. read more
