Calling in for my one year f/up a male Reception hung up on me after saying hello only once. Today was my stress test. I called to see if I had a co-pay someone put me on hold & never came back on the phone. I called back was told I do have an copay. I asked for the apartment to ba canceled for now & was told by the Receptionist I am still going to get a bill for them Ordering the medicine. I wasn't aware I needed to take medicine for a stress test. When I called back I was placed on hold for 7 mins. The Receptionist who told me I would still be billed got on the phone & said we never canceled your appointment you did. I said I know that is not my reason for calling back. I would like to know what medicine I needed to take. She changed her story & basically said I didn't need medicine. Just so unprofessional smh.
