From our very first visit, Dr. Jennings stood out in a way that is rare to find. He is thorough, attentive, and genuinely kind, but what truly sets him apart is that he treats the patient--not just the problem. He took the time to understand not only my husband's medical concerns, but also how those issues were impacting his quality of life. That level of care is something you don't forget. Having worked closely alongside a cardiologist for eight years, I've seen firsthand the difference between physicians who simply treat conditions and those who truly care for people. Dr. Jennings is, without question, the latter. What impressed me even more was that after two years without a visit, he remembered specific details about my husband--details that go far beyond what's written in a chart. That speaks volumes about his character, his attentiveness, and the pride he takes in caring for his patients. Despite his thoroughness, Dr. Jennings is also incredibly respectful of your time. He manages to give each patient the attention they deserve while keeping visits efficient and well-paced--a balance that is not easy to achieve, yet he does it seamlessly. If you have been searching for a urologist who listens, cares, and truly partners with you in your health journey, I cannot recommend Dr. Jennings and Clinical Urology Associates highly enough. We are beyond grateful for the role he has played in my husband's healing and the direction he provided when we needed it most.

IT IS MY OPINION that I was damaged for life as a result of seeing a urologist at this practice…read more MANISH SHAH first did a failed prostate microwaving on me that was supposed to work 90% of the time he said. He then said I HAD to have a transurethral resection of the Prostate or TURP operation and it would be "definnitive" therapy for an enlarged prostate. It not only did NOT work, I was worse after it and developed major orgasmic sensation loss. He had assured me of that,, "It will feel the same". Nothing could be furher from the truth and others have told me they also had signififcant sensation loss too. He did not verify that I was numb before starting to operate on me and as a result I felt the instruments enter my body and the cutting of my prostate begin before I was finally KNOCKED out. He did not bother to wear a surgical mask during that operation or either of the two that followed it. (see photo) I had TURP 2 only 3 weeks later and it only put me back to where I had been. He then UNBELIEVABLY did TURP 3 just 3 months later and it did NOTHING. I began to develop PEYRONIES Disease just a week after it and it has been horrible. I was NEVER warned that was a possibility by him before. Nor was I warned that the drug AVODART can cause breast enlargement or gynocomastia. When it happened to me, only then did he say it was just on 1/2 of 1% of patients. How carring was he when it happened? He joked about my "man boobs" in the presenced of his female nurse, who was later my student. He failed to check for an inguinal hernia when I first had severe tessticular pain , explaining it away as just infecction, so I suffered much longer than I should have. After all my problems as a result of ever letting him touch me, he had the nerve to demean two physicians to me, one a urologist in another city, and the other a local cosmetic surgeon. It is MY OPINON that I would have been better off being completely untreated or seeing a veternarian for help., Know that what heppened to me could happen to you. I was a fool to not have gotten a second opinion before I agreed to ANY surgery that he did.

I don't give 5 stars for just ANYBODY - but this doctor's office deserves every one of them!…read more When I had my regular appointment with my primary care physician, I was referred to Dr. Chapman. My doctor's office made the referral appointment for me, and I was very pleased to be able to get in to see him so soon - in just 5 days. I got to the office on time - was given 2 sheets of paper to fill out that wasn't in the 'online' version - and took care of doing the things you have to do when visiting a urologist. Typically I get gun shy, but luckily for me, everything came out as expected... After filling the cup, my wait was less than 15 minutes until I was called to be seen. I did all the 'new patient Olympic tricks' - checked my height, my weight - my blood pressure - temp - and was taken to 'the room' to wait for Doctor Chapman. The room was as comfortable as you can be, waiting for a doctor. I could overhear him talking to the patient in the next room - couldn't understand what they were talking about - but he was answering the patient's questions thoroughly - and that already impressed me. I like it when my doctor answers my questions, so there's another 'plus' mark in my ratings book. When he came into the room, he introduced himself - and I in return - and he started asking questions about the answers and concerns I had indicated on the forms that I had filled out. He listened to my questions - and answered them very professionally. He followed up with more info insuring me that he was giving me good information - and that he cared about my overall health and well being. We talked about a game plan he is going to put me on, and I look forward in working with him very much. He ordered some blood tests, and scheduled my next appointment with him - and now comes the 'fun' part... Time to meet the vampire who'll take my blood! I don't like having my blood drawn. Unless it's with a pen or a pencil, having my blood drawn is never on my million things to do.... ever. The guy in my primary care physician's office, has high ratings from me, in drawing my blood. This woman makes Doug look like a novice. She was OUTSTANDING! When she got done, I literally gave her a HUGE hug, as I've had mosquitos do more painful blood extractions than she did... I mean this woman ROCKS! I look forward in working with the staff at his office - and of course with Dr. Chapman... They are all very professional and did I mention how awesome the blood taking lady is?... She scored a 25 on a 1 to 10 scale!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to schedule an appointment with this office…read moreafter being diagnosed with RCC (renal cell carcinoma) cancer. My primary care physician sent a referral to this office three separate times. Every time I called to follow up, I was told that the referral had not been received. After more than two weeks of getting nowhere, I sought help from another physician, who submitted an additional referral. When I called again, I was finally told that both referrals had been received. However, despite each referral clearly stating that I needed to be seen urgently, I was informed that the earliest available appointment was more than a month from the date of the original referral because the office did not have my imaging studies. Wanting to avoid any further delays, I personally delivered the imaging CD to the office. Only then was I told that they could not view images from a CD and instead needed the radiology report. Fortunately, I had a copy and emailed it immediately. After that, I was told the report still had to be processed and reviewed by the physicians before an appointment could even be scheduled. As a patient dealing with a cancer diagnosis, this process was incredibly frustrating and stressful. The repeated delays, conflicting information, and lack of urgency were alarming. It is difficult to understand why a patient with an urgent cancer referral would face so many obstacles just to obtain an appointment. I hope the office reviews its referral, scheduling, and communication processes so that future patients especially those facing serious diagnoses receive the timely care and attention they deserve.
