On a whim we contacted Shae last summer when we wanted to check out a house that was listed for sale. Once we saw the house we realized that it wasn't our forever home. Although we were bummed we also knew we had some things that needed taken care of before we were able to list our first home for sale. In talking with Shae we found out that she was willing to come take a look to give us an idea of what needed done prior to listing. To our surprise the list was much smaller than we realized.
