I got a young woman who had some really weird art on her nails, and she seemed to be very concerned about her nails when washing my hair. Not all of my hair was wet, the base of my scull was still dry. She combed it all straight and just cut along the bottom. Then she put a bunch of product in my hair and blow dried it, after that, she brushed it straight and trimmed it up again. I have had many haircuts and have not had layers in my hair and probably 20 years. But they did not start with cutting in layers on my hair. My son said it looked a little uneven in one spot in the back. You can see in the picture that on the right there is a little bit of a longer spot than the rest of it. The Salon reached out to me the same day. I posted this wishing to make it better and apologized. I do appreciate that, but I won't try it again.

I am a male that came in a for a TRIM ONLY(i asked for 1.5 inches off). yes i know a guy going to a salon isn't very normal but when you have pretty long hair for a guy you cannot go to a barber. not only did this person cut off double the length that i wanted, they cut my hair uneven. the right side of the front is short while the back is long and the front left side is too long with the back too short. no because who actually hired this person. u butchered my shi and now i have to let it regrow for the next COUPLE MONTHS. did not leave the house this weekend. will be having my hair in a headband everyday until i can look in the mirror again without laughing at how i look. p.s. the hot towel and shampooing was nice lol

My grandma now goes to her and this was my first time switching over to her. She was AMAZING fitting me in a little last notice (my vacay snuck up on me and I DESPERATELY needed a hair cut). We had a miscommunication about my appointment time and she went so far above and beyond to make it up to me. Plus I have cancer and am going to have to back on chemo which really thins my hair. She was so kind and considerate of this and helped me pick a style that would keep my hair looking thicker. I honestly just can't say enough good things about her. She's very passionate about her career and it shows. Not to mention everyone in the salon (even costumers) were so kind, very comfortable environment. Highly recommend.
