They thrashed the adhesive on mine trying to take it off and put it back on. It no longer stays on the windshield and falls off frequently. I reached out to them and they said there was nothing they can do. We had to scrape black gunk adhesive off the new windshield and purchase additional materials to fix it. If they can't offer any solution to a problem they caused I would rather they not even try to put the dash cam back up.

Vic is the real deal! If you want the short version, I had an amazing experience, and you should…read morestop looking for someone and call Vic right now! Trust me, you don't need to look any farther. My 97 Land Cruiser had failing tint on every single window. The old tint was bubbling, cracking, torn, and discolored. It was an embarrassing mess. More importantly, for this review, it was a mess that nobody wanted to deal with, because removing old tint is not easy. I was actually turned down by two other tint shops before I found Vic. Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. He takes pride in his work, and he's an honest guy. My job took him nearly 9 hours - the old tint coming off in little pieces. Sorry Vic! And THANKS!!! I could not be happier with the transformation that he did to my old Land Cruiser. Now she looks sexy again, and I absolutely love the tint!! I knew going into this that I wanted ceramic tint, and not the less expensive carbon tint. But Vic educated me on an even better option for the windshield. And I'm so glad I did it. It has practically 100% IR rejection. No heat gets through the windshield at all and that's what I need to protect the old plastic and vinyl and interior of this Land Cruiser. I want to preserve the interior as much as possible because I plan on keeping this vehicle for a lot longer. One more thing - Vic wants you to know that he is installing the film that you wanted and paid for. Some installers will sell you the premium ceramic tint and then install the cheaper carbon tint and you'll never know that you got ripped off. Without being asked, Vic brought an electronic device out to show me on my new tinted glass what the UV and IR measurements are, so I could be confident that he installed the better quality films that I paid for.

On the day of the install he called me to quickly touch up on any last minute details or questions. Vic came out to my home and did the install in my garage. He did offer the option to bring my truck to his shop. After the install Vic called me to let me know that he was done. My truck looks and feels so much better with ceramic tint. Thank you so much Vic. I highly recommend you give him a call. His work speaks volumes.

I got the new unit and Cory put it right in, but realized the brackets were wrong, he took the brackets off my old unit and made it work on the new unit. Mind you this only took about 45 minutes. Cory was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I started to drive away and realized the DVD player wasn't working again. I pulled back in and told Carol & Cory came out and looked at it and within 5 minutes figured out I had put a child lock on and that the unit was fine. Cory showed me how to lock and unlock the device. (You lock the device so your kids can't change the DVD while your driving etc. This is a pretty cool feature if you have kids like mine who love to argue over what movie to watch.) Great service and nice, what more can you ask for! Thanks Cory and Carol! I'll be back for a window tint!
