We wanted to find a consistent walker that could also do some training to reinforce good doggy behaviors. I booked a consultation with Jose and was impressed by his extensive experience/training in dog behavior/handling. Jose has been walking my dog on a weekly basis for about a month now. By the time I get home from work, I can trust that Sammie had a fantastic day of long runs and fun socializing with other dogs. Recently, our dog sitter wasn't able to take my dog in last minute, but Jose saved the day! Luckily he was available to watch her for a few days. Boarding can be traumatic sometimes esp. when it's a strange new place, but Sammie was completely at ease with Jose. He sent pictures daily and dropped off a very happy dog :) Jose is also very responsive and provides multiple payment options. I found it incredibly easy to get started with him! If you're located in the San Mateo County area (Daly City, SF, San Mateo, Burlingame, Redwood City), give ActivDogs a call! You won't regret it!

I get daily "news" updates with a photo or two, which I appreciate greatly when I miss my little pocket panthers. He takes care of any messes (Sorry Bill!), plays with them, and even brings in my mail. He's even provided knowledable advice on healthcare and feeding. I can't imagine a better sitter than him, and I would be happy to provide a direct recommendation.

She needs insulin injections twice a day 12 hours apart. I was hesitant to even go on vacation because of this as I know me being away is very rough on her. I normally give her baths once a week because she is a Maine coon and it's hard for her to clean herself properly in her old age because of her larger size and arthritis . Suffice to say I went on vacation anyway. Upon meeting Bill at our meet and greet he showed up on time and took copious notes . Bill showed up to my house on time everyday twice a day for 11 days to give Baretta her injections and clean out both cat bowls, three water bowls and two litter boxes . Handling Baretta was no easy task and most people would not be able to deal with her. She is fine with just me or my partner but with others she acts like a wild beast- hissing, growling, swatting, and resisting as much as she possibly can. She is a strong, stubborn cat . Bill was committed and provided me updates via text and video or her in her beastly state . Bill even had to move a heavy bed and mattress out of the way just to be able to get to her because Baretta had figured out a way to get underneath the bed even though I had barricaded it prior. Bill has a lot of experience with cats and especially feral cats as he mentioned to me so he had an understanding of why Baretta was acting the way she was and never seemed to surprised by her antics . I don't know if I will go on vacations anytime soon because I don't like to leave her by herself but if I do I'm def calling Bill again and I hope he will take my offer . I feel safe leaving my precious princess In Bill's care and I think that's what is most important when finding a pet sitter . Also, Bill's rates are extremely reasonable for the service he provides. I hope Bill stays in business for a long time and he has definitely earned his stripes .

We first enrolled about a year ago and Michael and Martha did an intake evaluation to make sure Pippa would fit in. After that Pippa was enrolled in their daycare 2x a week. One fabulous thing about Wiggling Tails is that they do pick up and drop offs in the city! Michael, Martha, and team are excellent communicators and are willing to be flexible. I LOVE all the fun photo shoots they do. They are so creative and go above and beyond. I'm including in my post the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day photo shoots which they framed for me . In addition to the photo shoots they will take action shots and videos of your pup during the day. I have always felt safe sending Pippa to Wiggling Tails. Pippa is always so excited when she sees the Wiggling Tails van and will literally leap into the crate in the back (and she hates crates)! I love Wiggling Tails and highly highly recommend them. It's been the best decision I've made for Pippa. Thank you Martha, Michael, and team for all you do for Pippa!

Not only do I trust and love Wiggling Tails for my dog's weekly daycare (and periodically overnight boarding), but Lizou LOVES them too... He knows that when he goes to Daycare, he's in for a day of fun with some doggos AND some humans. Getting Lizou integrated into the Wiggling Tails schedule at a young age (~6months) was the BEST decision we ever made -- for me, and for Lizou (for structure, for dog friendliness, etc.). I actively recommend my friends' pups to consider them too! Now, Lizou even has dog friends that he has known from "the outside" within the Daycare schedule! Also.. the pickup/drop off schedule is one of a kind in the bay area, and SO convenient to work around work schedules! One additional note to add to my review of their high quality, loving, clean, and SAFE care of dogs, is that you never know what special gems the staff and owners will surprise and delight you with... whether it's neat swag, special holiday-themed photo-ops, or action videos from daily play... Wiggling Tails provides the utmost care AND some really adorable and thoughtful added bonuses. Ryan provided relief for my situation and my little Huckleberry who happens to be a 4 month old Pitbull in the process of crate training- so you know what I mean by "lots of help." I also have 4 very demanding, large cats who aren't too friendly that needed caring for. Now, Ryan has a busy schedule with his job and works very late hours but still managed to come exactly when I needed him to be there. He provided his services with the most respect and care you could ever imagine. How do I know this? Every single time Huckleberry sees Ryan since I've returned, he completely loses his shit and HAS to cover Ryan in one hundred kisses at least before he feels satisfied. If Huckleberry could leave a review, it would be 6 stars. That's how you know you've found a great sitter, the pet couldn't care less when you get back ;) Ryan, you really helped me out in a tight spot and I can't tell you how much it means to me how much love and care you showed my babies. You deserve so much more than this review. . Thank you. With all my heart. Also: the movies and pictures make it much less painful to be away for so long. He really goes above and beyond!
