I would avoid using this company. They gave an estimate to my 86 year old Mother and took her deposit of $2400 to drill a well and then after 2 months still had not started to do the work. Apparently several other elderly people are in the same boat. We had to get another driller to drill the well so my Mother would have water. R J Seward and Son have failed to return deposit after requesting it. We have filed with the BBB and Maryland Well Drillers Assc. We have also open a case with Maryland Legal Aid in an attempt to get her money back. Be warned as they continue to get drilling permits in Maryland. read more
