I took my Army Service Uniform here to have my new rank and service stripe seen on. After three weeks I received something that looked very unprofessional and downright awful. The ranks were crooked, the stitching cuts across the rank and doesn't stay on the border, and the service stripe looks as though it was frayed on all edges and has stitching running across it. If you need something to look professional I would completely avoid this place. After calling them about it the lady I spoke to said the following about the lady who did the work. "She's been sick and sometimes that's an excuse to do a bad job." After she said she couldn't give me a refund. I've served my country for 3 years and all I wanted was to have stuff sewn, but instead I get treated like my uniform doesn't matter. Like I said; avoid this place. read more

I have been taking my clothes here for a few years. Mostly to have pants hem, patched, or taken in; they always come out perfect. It always cost just few dollars, under $10. Usually around April it takes longer to get stuff back. read more

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. I took a backpack and a pair of jeans in, both of which needed new zippers. Two weeks have gone by and I have not been contacted to let me know that my items are done. I just called and the woman I spoke to had no idea where my stuff was. She couldn't get my name right, didn't know what was being repaired, if it was done, basically, she didn't know anything! Don't they have a system to locate a customer's belongings? Is everything just thrown together in one huge, unorganized heap on the floor?This is downright horrible for business! I've taken dozens of items here over the years and been happy with the service I received. What is going on? New owner? New staff? There has to be some kind of organizing system there or how do they not lose everyone's stuff, like they did mine? I'm going to pick up my stuff (even though I'm pretty sure it was never worked on) and I am never going back! read more

I took a curtain to be hemmed on July 25th. At the time of drop off, the lady told me they would get to it in a few days, and quoted me with "Wednesday probably", So two weeks roll by, and I had not received a call. I dropped into their building, and she then said it would take 2 weeks, only stuff being hemmed takes a few days....which is all they were doing this curtain, a cut and hem. She pulled the curtain from a box, and it was wadded up. A month later, the curtain is finally done! The price was double what she had originally told me. Which wasn't a huge deal, considering it was still under $20. But since it had taken a month, I wasn't excited to pay more that i was originally quoted and in 10 times the length of time. I got to the office to hang the curtain, not only was it VERY wrinkled (you would think they would steam or iron it after it being wadded up in a box), but there were stains on the curtain, along with a crooked hem! I am not impressed at all. Luckily, I had bought the curtain on sale, otherwise I would be a lot more upset. The length of time did not upset me, until I saw the product she presented to me with a crooked hem, stains, and wrinkled. I am wishing i would have done it myself. read more

Dropped a pair of jeans off on Monday 05/06 for a mend. The lady put a safety pin at the area needed - wrote my info on a sticky note - and said they should be repaired by Thursday or Friday and that they'd give me a call. Today is Monday 05/13 and nothing. I call - they cannot find my jeans .... the woman seemed to have no clue. Says they must not have gotten to them. She looked under my first initial -- last initial. Nothing. Can't find them. Has no idea where they are at. She'll take down my info and they'll call me sometime this week. UM NO. I need my jeans found and I need a better time frame on when someone will call me back. Apparently, the person who does the mends will be in tomorrow -- so she'll continue to look today and she will have the person who does the mends call me back tomorrow. SERIOUSLY?! WTF! Don't they have a system on keeping things organized....where items are located??? Are my jeans just in a pile somewhere and expected to be found in a few weeks....months???? I guess I will be showing up tomorrow and bugging until they find my jeans.....either that or they will be buying me a new pair. This is ridiculous! Horrible service. I will not be using them again!
