I'm very disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. It feels like their main…read morepriority is making money rather than caring for animals. Every visit seems to come with a list of "recommended" tests and procedures -- most of which turn out to be completely unnecessary. When I asked for explanations or alternatives, I was met with vague answers and pressure to agree to more services. Not only were the charges excessive, but the focus on profit completely overshadowed any sense of compassion or genuine care for my pet's well-being. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and worried that my pet was just treated as a paycheck instead of a valued patient. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants honest, caring, and transparent veterinary care. Look for a practice that puts your pets first -- not their bottom line.

(BTW, this was NOT a pitbull but a collie for pete's sake. Go figure.) Then we just started taking the other dogs there as well. We've been pretty happy with the vets and vet techs there. It's cheaper than Banfield, and in the beginning it was easier to get appointments, though it has become busier over the past few years. My only complaint is the location. It is right at a busy intersection, which is NOT ideal when you have a puppy or a hyper dog. And there is only street parking available. The office is really small and there is not much space in either the waiting room or in the two available visiting rooms. I really wish this business could move to a better location and a better office that is still in the Maineville/ South Lebanon area.

A number of professionals worked with us to find relief for our dog. They contacted our previous vet for us to get records and even patiently waited when "put on hold" to get further details about previous treatments. All questions were kindly answered, our input was welcomed, and we were included in all of the treatment (drawing blood, administering fluids...). Just a couple of hours after the appointment, we were emailed a detailed (4 pages) document, recording all that transpired during the visit. To top it all off, everything was affordable and everyone was so very pleasant!

She took her in to see Dr. Callejo in the Springboro Office. I had taken my dog there in the past. She wanted $720 to do 5 ex-rays and NO blood work. After agreeing to blood work, she said what she was doing would not show signs of cancer at rate of $420. She said her annual office visit is $420 with blood work. The tech suggested on doing 2 ex-rays so it would be less expensive. Dr. Callejo refused saying she wanted 5 ex-rays. It then became quite obvious that Dr. Callejo was strictly out for money. When I was going there, the vet cared about the animal and was much more compassionate and willing to work with you. When your pet is sick you want someone that cares about the animal not just the money. She could have done 1 or 2 ex-rays not 5 and then determined what else was needed. I will never recommend them again. What a sad experience.

Throughout my life as a dog owner, I've visited numerous veterinarians, but Orchard Veterinary…read moreClinic truly stands out as the most exceptional full-service vet I've ever encountered. The veterinarians are not only highly skilled, but they also display a genuine care for their patients. The office staff is equally impressive, always following up after appointments to ensure everything is going well. They have been incredibly supportive with my pets and even assisted with the recent litter of puppies, accommodating emergencies with same-day appointments, even for life-saving surgeries. Dr. Becker has also assisted me after-hours when necessary, and I love that I'm able to text so I don't have to bother the office staff while they're assisting other clients. Given the multitude of vets in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area, my willingness to make a 70-minute drive for every visit speaks volumes about the outstanding care provided at Orchard. This clinic sets the gold standard for veterinary services. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Becker and his team with my dogs. They are phenomenal! Moreover, their pricing is reasonable compared to other vets I've visited in Georgia, Kentucky, and Ohio. While veterinary visits can sometimes be costly, I've found them to be reasonable, and I'm more than happy to pay out of pocket knowing I'm receiving top-notch care for my beloved pets. I cannot recommend Dr. Becker and his team highly enough--they truly are the best! I would not take my dogs or puppies anywhere else, unless I absolutely had to. If they offer the service, I'm making the drive everytime. Keep up the good work Dr. Becker! ******** I've noticed many reviews expressing frustration about not being able to access emergency services at this veterinary practice. While they are excellent veterinarians, it's important to understand that they are not an emergency center. It's crucial to familiarize yourself with their business hours, especially on Wednesdays after 3 PM when the vets are out on ambulance and farm calls. I completely empathize with how unsettling emergencies can be; in a moment of panic, it's natural to want to rush to the nearest vet. However, from my experience, I strongly advise that you contact a dedicated emergency center, like MedVet or Grady, instead of local vets. Don't hesitate! While it may be more costly, the value of saving your animal is beyond measure and priceless.

We called in a panic requesting help and they told us to come right in. On the way, we blew out a hose on the truck. Not only did Dr. Becker fix Mack up so that he could compete later that day, but he made a call to a local mechanic that was able to fix our truck. Many thanks, Dr. Becker and crew.
