We signed a contract for a wedding to happen in April 2026. The venue is bankrupt, 7 degrees is foreclosed and $15,000 is in Nano Banc of which continuum analytics is the depositor of our money. I just got married at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach, CA this summer and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with the photos From Jared Sislin photography! His pricing was fair and affordable and when I say he went above and beyond--I truly mean it. He and his videographer also took video for us, and we are extremely excited to get to relive our special day again. I would highly recommend him and this venue to anyone looking to have their special day memorialized forever. What I appreciated the most about his services was his creativity and passion for photography. I would give this place a 5-Star rating except for only of their employees (Scott) is a thief. The place has amazing lighting and an excellent sound system. Everything is great except one of their employees can't be trusted. I would still recommend this place but would encourage you to stay away from Scott. We had our daughters Bat Mitzvah June 22, 2024 at 7 Degrees in Laguna Beach . The location was one of the most elegant places to have an event. There was a large selection of food options that were all very tasty. The ceremony was very intimate and the staff was top notch from the start to finish. Katie Brown made the whole process seamless. She was not only attentive, caring and understanding but has the best list of vendors in the industry . The venue is sleek, modern, and absolutely gorgeous. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to what we wanted - we got to set up a boba bar which the guests loved. The food was amazing, receiving high praises from our guests. The team at Seven-Degrees know how to host a wedding, and this was reflected on the great time that we and our guests had. The team will work with you throughout the whole planning process so you can have the wedding you want, and we were amazed with the amount of stuff included in the wedding package. Drive slowly, you'll probably miss it. Come early, parking is super limited and you might have to walk. This is a multi story building for events. The elevator is on the left side of the building. Walk down the driveway and into the little door by the garage door or walk up one smallish flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were here in the rain and the driveway was very slippery for guests coming to the reception! Please hold grandma and grandpas hand as they make their way down the driveway. The elevator is meant to carry a lot of weight for events so it's a slow one. The bathrooms are interesting. Labeled as Restrooms on the outside and inside are sinks, one stall, and a shower. There is an outdoor patio covered by a semi-permanent tent. The largest room is on the first level above the garage. The staff were all nice and clearly very accustomed to lost guests attempting to make their way around. You're probably going to end up in an employee only area but they are all kind about helping you find your way again. 4 stars overall due to difficulty parking and difficultly getting to elevators and small bathrooms for large parties. I've seen their yelp page & website before. I was totally obsessed with the entire cosmetic appeal found online and in many-a-wedding pic posted with a 7deg's hashtag. I was certain that having any type of event here would be spectacular. Imagine my surprise when my friend decided on this place for her big day?! Did it live up to the expectations? With 3 stars, I'd say it was OKAY. The layout & general event grounds is nice though not as grand as it appears in still shots. Don't get me wrong, the modern touches and schematics of the architecture are great though I felt the venue itself was tiny. A few things could have made this experience better like more direction or possibly attention to the bridal party during game day. Oh, & maybe actually playing the music the couple wanted during cocktail hour would have been nice. Overall, I think there's a lot this venue can offer & I wouldn't mind making my way back over to host an event here myself. read more

Perfect. Special.Beautiful.Magical.Romantic.Wonderful. Those words sum up my wedding over the weekend at Seven-Degrees. After a year's worth of planning, it was absolutely amazing to see everything come to fruition and see the fruits of my labor on the special day. All the details were executed exactly as I had envisioned and it was literally like seeing a dream come true. Best.night.ever. All the guests were incredibly impressed by the venue - specifically, the lighting, floral arrangements, FOOD - they were all raving about how good Chef Robert's dishes were like the Filet Mignon with seared scallops and Chocolate Pot de Crème. Food is very important to my husband and I as we're both foodies (him definitely more than me since he has the Yelp Elite status!) and Seven-Degrees lived up to all of our expectations. Outside of the delicious food, our coordinator, Alyssa Kayo did an excellent job during the planning process and was a thrill to work with. She was very detail oriented, organized, nice and had a good sense of humor. On the actual day, she was on the money and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was 110% confident that everything would be fine that day (it was more than fine, it was perfect!) and did not stress out one bit. Alyssa would check on me from time to time to make sure I was doing OK and even brought me some band-aids when I told her I had a blister on my foot :) I highly recommend Seven-Degrees if you're looking for a contemporary sleek/modern, unique venue with state of the art lighting/audio and phenomenal "Yelp foodie-approved" food. We are an event strike team. Tonight, we had our first clean up at Seven Degrees. We see a TON of different venues in our line of work. The team here, including manager Greg, are awesome. They moved all of our hard goods and flowers to two tables to facilitate boxing everything. They made our jobs much easier. Let's talk about the venue itself - like I said, I see lots and lots of different venues all over So Cal. Seven Degrees has a cool, modern vibe. I can't speak for the food but the venue itself is pretty much a blank slate. You can truly make it your own for your wedding or event. I just got married at 7 Degrees, and words cannot express how magical my wedding was, all thanks to this amazing venue! When looking for venues, my husband and I probably looked at 8-10. I was being very picky because I wanted something unique and beautiful. Seven-Degrees was always on the radar for us but we brushed it off a few times. I finally told my husband that we need to just make an appointment and go see it at least. When we did, we both knew we wanted to get married here. It matched all my criterias, like being beautiful, unique, not too big because we didn't want a big fat Indian wedding, and even matched criterias I hadn't even set yet. It made our hearts so happy and I just knew I could do so many creative things in terms of decorations. We knew we wanted to book the venue as soon as the appointment was done. All weddings come with drama and hiccups, but me and my husband had a lot of these! However, this venue really worked with us and made us feel at ease. From day one, I could tell they were on our side and it wasn't just about money for them. We weren't just another couple they were working with. They truly care and want your wedding to be all about YOU! We went through two coordinators and towards the end and on the actual wedding day, we worked with Kathryn. She is so amazing and easy going! Anything I would ask her to do, she would make it happen with no questions asked. I also had my own wedding coordinator and the two coordinators worked so well with each other. Again, they both made sure my husband and I were happy with everything going on. I am also sure things went wrong the day of, but they made sure we didn't find out about it so we can enjoy our day. I love this venue because they have an upstairs terrace area and the ballroom is downstairs. The upstairs is so pretty and romantic. Unfortunately, it was raining at our wedding so guests couldn't take full advantage of the terrace, but there is a tent that the venue provides during the winter months. For all future brides, I would really recommend this place! The venue works with you on everything, even price! So don't let the numbers steer you away. Attended a work holiday party here and had a good experience, however there were a few things that could be improved. There were only a few tables and areas to sit so at least half of the party had to either eat standing up or find random areas by the bathroom which was very odd to me. There was also not much to explore around the venue, only area to go outside was the entrance area which was freezing. Food was good for the most part, but potatoes were hard and under-cooked. This venue is beautiful and not too far from the beach. It's off hidden in the canyon located close to Sawdust. I've passed by here in the past but never knew it was here. We actually got to enjoy the venue because we were working a 40th birthday event that we were working. I didn't get to see the outdoor terrace at the top but the indoor venue was nice. Great pieces of artwork throughout the venue. All the pieces was influenced by mermaids and my favorite was the one where the mother mermaid was holding her baby. By far, one of the most beautiful art pieces I have seen. Would love to host my own event here possibly in the future. read more

If you're looking to get married in Laguna Beach, Seven-Degrees is the place. We were married in October, and our coordinator Scott was extremely helpful from beginning to end, going above and beyond always. We ran into a few issues with our outside vendors, but Scott stepped in to ensure that everything went smoothly. The day of our wedding, he kept the event flowing and made sure our guests were where they needed to be. Outside of the amazing hospitality, the food and beverage service was great. Upon entry, guests were handed a glass of champagne, which got them in the party mood immediately. We still have guests talking about the bacon wrapped blue cheese dates, miso salmon, and short ribs. In terms of budget, we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Seven-Degrees worked with us to meet all of our needs and made the process of working with outside vendors relatively easy. Don't bother trying to schedule a venue tour with this location or its sister locations if you live out of town and are trying to plan a wedding, their communication is absolutely awful and left me in tears. It's probably for the best that this happened during the venue tour and not after potentially falling in love with the venue...I can't imagine how hard it is to communicate with them once you already have an event scheduled. I scheduled a venue tour with them a week ago, letting them know that I'm coming from out of town and had a limited amount of time to tour venues. We settled on a tour for today, Tuesday (6/29), at 4 PM and I left it at that, figuring that I would get a call from them or emails a couple days before the scheduled tour if there were any changes. I had SMILE eye surgery yesterday afternoon, followed by my grand aunt's funeral this morning. I rushed from my grand aunt's funeral after it ended and after an hour of driving, finally arrived at seven degrees at 4 PM for my tour...only to find out that no one was there. The venue wasn't even locked; my mom, sister and I walked in and realized after standing there for 5-10 minutes that no one was there. I tried calling the venue and then checked my email only to find out that seven degree's manager, Kasey, started emailing me yesterday during my eye surgery and today during my grand aunt's funeral asking me to change my venue tour time to 3:30 pm and saying that if I didn't email her back by noon today, that she would cancel my tour. You would think that they would at least try to give someone a call before cancelling their venue tour, but they didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call. I have received calls from other venues the day of confirming that we were still on for our venue tours, so I know that this isn't out of the norm. I sent an email to Kasey outlining my disappointment with the poor communication from the venue, and finally received a call from Kasey. She tried apologizing and saying that this is her fault and not the venue's fault, but frankly, as the manager you represent the venue. She acknowledged that she could have called me, but she also tried to say that I should have expected the confirmation emails--I'm sorry, but at what time?? After my eye surgery the day before when I'm not supposed to look at electronic screens or devices? During my grant aunt's funeral?? I'm sorry that all of the other bride-to-be's that you scheduled with have the time and luxury to check their emails throughout their day; I can guarantee that this isn't the case for a ton of other brides. Why would you not use a more immediate form of communication if you're cancelling a venue tour the day of, such as a phone call, leaving a voice mail, or even sending a text? What an absolute disappointment. I won't forget this and will make sure that all of my friends looking for an event venue in the SoCal area know how awful the communication from this place is. I don't know where to begin. First off the meeting with the wedding coordinator christina? I forget her name went well, she made it seem like she understood exactly what we wanted and were looking for. The day of the wedding wow what a disaster, she completely forgot about my flower girl! She didn't pour us bridesmaids and the bride any champagne, and I had s gift for the groom and groomsmen which I got permission from the wedding coordinator that alcohol would be allowed. Initially she ended up keeping all the alcohol I don't know what she did with them but both parties didn't get anything! We also order and designed our GOBO ourselves and it wasn't even presented on our stage nor outside like we paid for. Initially we got ripped off here and there she was a hot mess and all over the place! UHGK! Then the day after the wedding she was M.I.A! She called out sick according to her manager. Like seriously. I wouldn't recommend this place for people who have guests over 100, it does get really crowded! Wedding coordinator sucked and would NOT tell any of my friends to have their wedding here. read more

Laguna Beach, Ca. We came here for a concert promoted by Laguna Beach Live, featuring the amazing John Jorgenson Quintet. Jorgenson is one of the best guitar players in the world and I was looking forward to the show. We opted for the dinner/concert tickets and showed up at five to eat before the concert started at six. Everything was well organized, they assigned our group to table 18, pretty far in the back but still a fairly good view of the stage. I think it would make for a better concert venue if they would simply raise the stage up a foot or so. Three of the musicians played while seated so we were unable to see them play their instruments. There were a lot of reflective surfaces including the ceiling and the floor so I was expecting unpleasant echos. The sound technician however had the place dialed in perfectly and the acoustics were great. I liked how he brought the volume up enough to discourage those who always come to a concert to talk. It was not so loud to be annoying to old people such as myself. Our chairs had good padding, so I was able to sit through two one hour sets. I noticed that some tables however had hard wooden chairs. For buffet style food the meal wasn't too bad. I mean it wasn't stellar but certainly acceptable. I had the salmon, an average sized piece that was slightly salty. Also included was a salad, a roll, canned rice and black beans. I also sampled the chicken entree, it was over cooked but tasty. I actually liked that the servers dished up each serving onto the plate. It made the line move steadily and I did not have to suffer the typically old ladies who have to have a lengthy conversation about everything they are slowly dishing up onto their plates. Water was free so you were not required to purchase plastic bottles. Two bars made it easy for those needing alcohol. Parking was easy, we parked in front of the Sawdust Festival, did not feed the meter on a Wednesday night, and did not get a ticket. Overall, a good concert appearance, it would have been nice to have had an encore, but this audience did not demand it. read more

This review is way way over due. We got married last Sept 30, 2018. No one should have ever told me I had a year to write thank you's. Tl:dr We couldn't have been happier with our wedding at [seven-degrees] and would 100% recommend them. Wedding Planner and staff: Everyone we worked with and helped us were amazing. Scott, our wedding planner, was tremendous. He took care of us and really went above and beyond. For example, we had gotten frozen yogurt for a dessert at our wedding but didn't know how we were going to serve it. Scott searched around and found us a ice cream cart that was perfect for what we needed. Word of advice, just listen to Scott. You might think you know better, but you're wrong. Scott knows what he's talking about and the results will be awesome. Food: The food from the in house caterer was delicious. We got a ton of compliments from our guests about how tasty the food was. They really worked with us to find a menu that fit in our budget and had a number of options depending on what we wanted to spend. They accommodated all of our guests with different allergies and needs which really made it nice for our guests. Venue: If you are looking for a cool, modern venue space, this is it. Just looks at the pictures that have been posted even though they don't do the venue justice. They checked of all of our boxes of being able to have an outdoor wedding and an indoor reception. The reception area felt private even though there were buildings on either side of us. The reception space was such fun, cool space with fully customizable lighting. They also were super accommodating about holding onto our decorations etc, including our left over cake, for a few days until we were able to pick them up. That made our post-wedding stuff so much easier. Overall, we really appreciated all the communication, advice and help from Scott and the rest of the staff at [seven-degrees]. I don't write a ton of reviews on Yelp, but we had such a great experience having our wedding there and we wouldn't have changed a thing. What do you get, other than a perfect wedding, from [seven-degrees]? LIGHTING You have the option to customize the lighting you want for your wedding. Each table has pin-lighting so you can have a dimly lit reception area and still have your centerpieces lit! AUDIO The entire venue is hooked up to one control system so you have full control of what music to play at various areas of the venue and at what volume. VISUAL They have multiple automated projection screens, 9 LCD flatscreens and computers throughout the venue. For my wedding I had my engagement photos projected on a large flatscreen upon entering the reception area, guest photos on 4 lcds, additional engagement photos on another 4 lcds, and a special motionclip video projected on a large white wall. BONUS: They even had Christmas-like, glass ornament sized balls with a mini-lcds hanging at key locations that projected my photos! CUISINE The food was AMAZING. My guests couldn't stop talking about the food! I'm a foodie, so I'm picky about food. Chef Robert's food was incredibly good. And, not just good food 'for a wedding', but good food (period). We did a tasting menu for our wedding: 5-courses with amuse bouche and dessert. The pricing was beyond reasonable for the quality, quantity and flexibility to get what you want. FACILITY The reception area is perfect for my wedding of 112 people (but it could house more). There are a few areas to have the ceremony at and they even have a Zen garden on a terrace for photos. CREW Dora Wexell (Director) is one of the most amazing people you'll meet. She takes the time to get to know you, the type of wedding you want, and she'll work with your budget. You'll find that she'll never say 'no', but will work with you to give you what you want within reason. I felt like I was the only bride and our wedding was the only one they were working on. She's genuine, attentive, personable and works with such integrity -- you don't meet people with such a good-heart in business, but that's who she is. For our wedding I was pleasantly surprised to have a project manager AND coordinator. They were both always present at all my meetings and were very diligent with taking notes on everything I wanted and they also asked for copies of pictures I had for inspiration. If you look at my wedding video I can point out that they re-created what I gave them in photos from the rose blanketed aisle to the glass cake table (which they made for me)! TASTING MENU For the tasting menu, they actually give you full servings of what you order. And, not just one main course to taste, but two courses AND 5 appetizers to sample! They also set-up a sample table and set-up the actual table (with centerpiece) for a seating of 8 just for us to see! I was stunned. My buddies recently held their wedding ceremony and reception here. Damn them (jk!) because they just raised the bar for all the other weddings to come! Seven-Degrees is the perfect site for those of you who are looking for a modern, chic, and sleek style venue. Definitely a non-traditional lay out. If I had to compare this venue to something, I would imagine the W hotel or maybe the City Center in Las Vegas. With looks like this, comes lots of dead presidents so be ready when you call for a quote. There was ample free parking on site, surprisingly I didn't see a valet service. The wedding itself was about 200 people and we perfectly filled up the place. I think anymore would've pushed it over the top. The wedding ceremony was held on the top floor and on this day the sun was out so you may want to keep your shades on hand. The back drop for pictures was perfect, plenty of nice props and different lay outs that you'll find yourself snapping non stop. They had photographers posted everywhere, even high above in the midst of the bamboo and vegetation where they were getting shots of the ceremony and guests like snipers in the bush. Before heading down to the second floor for the wedding reception, I was amazed at how fast the staff cleared out the foldable chairs we all sat on during the ceremony. Soon after we were invited to the open bar and the h'orderves. The staff were very professional and efficient throughout the whole event. The reception began on the second floor where I imagined it being like a mini club. The lights reflecting an array of colors in the room, the flatscreen tv's (they had the wedding couple's pictures on rotation the entire time), the booming sounds from the dj, just worked up the whole environment. We had a three course meal that was a hit for everyone. The pistachio crusted fish was the winner over the short braised rib and the creme brulee' was an awesome closer. I have to state that the chocolate wedding cake was also very moist and tasty. The open bar kept the night filled with laughs, minor drama, drunken soon to be told stories. Overall everyone had a blast. Free alki whoo hoo! My only gripe was a few of the bartendars were kind of a prick. My friend who ordered a few shots for a group received the following comment, "Are you going to tip for all these shots?" Just a note, we were told that tip was already included but if we wanted to tip more, it would be on us which most of us did anyways. I know those bartendars did not represent the rest of the staff that night because the rest deserved their credit and appraisal. Within a blink of an eye, the whole wedding was coming to a close. Everything ran smoothly, it could have not gone down any smoother than it did. Again, great job to the staff and planners. By the end of the night, we were standing in a row with sparklies lit while the new Mr & Mrs walked down the steps before vanishing off. Seven-Degrees was the perfect venue for this wedding. We had our wedding at seven degrees on 12/4/2016, and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with how the evening went. The whole team at seven degrees is great. We had some very specific requests (because we were having a Jewish wedding) and they were willing to accommodate everything we needed. We were struggling with many of the venues in orange county because the fees associated with bringing an outside caterer were very high, but this was not the case with seven degrees. The only services they require you to buy are the bar (which I though was reasonably priced with lots of different options) and the table captains for the food. They really pride themselves on a smooth evening, which I appreciated! They will accommodate special requests for the bar (in our case kosher wine) as long as they are able to buy it through one of their distributors. Once we signed, we met with the site coordinators twice. Once towards the beginning of the process to get an idea of how the day will go, and once about three weeks out to finalize any remaining details. However they were constantly in contact throughout, and quickly answered any questions (or changes) that we had. I think we changed our start time about 3 times, but they were always patient and adjusted the timelines accordingly! One of the great things about this venue is the amount of decor that is included in the wedding package. The space itself is beautiful, and they had art hanging in the main space throughout the entire year. Winter weddings get an extra boost in decor, because they have the tent up outside with lanterns, and the inside includes the silver trees on the tables and a lot of hanging decor from the ceiling. We really spent very little on decor because it was already done up so well! They offer a lot of extra decor to rent, including a bamboo chuppah that we used in our ceremony. The AV tech they have on-site is amazing -- get the best package they offer because its worth it. The day of went really without a hitch due to 1) seven degrees being a very professional space and 2) our amazing DJ, who really guided us through the night. Our wedding day was executed flawlessly and I can't thank Keviann enough for wonderful event that was the result of a year's worth of planning. * Delicious food - Many guests were pleasantly surprised that wedding food could actually be good. And while my husband and I didn't eat too much the day of the wedding, I'm glad we were able to enjoy the great work of Chef Villanueva at our tasting several months prior. * Gorgeous venue that is customizable - The venue is simply beautiful. They say that it's a blank slate and it really is. If you Google images of the many weddings that have been held here, you'll see the amazing range of personality that can be created. * Exceptional staff service - We heard from several of our guests that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate whatever needs they had. For example, my aunt said that the staff went out of their way to help my elderly grandma who has trouble walking get up to the ceremony site, but they made she was all set before we started the ceremony. My husband and I just got married here on 01/10/2015. This venue is truly amazing. Katie Plambeck was our first point of contact in regards to obtaining information and booking the venue. Then we were introduced to Alyssa Kayo, our event coordinator, and Lauren Shea, the assistant coordinator. The staff at Seven-Degrees is extremely detail-oriented. We were originally going to have our ceremony outside, but it rained on our wedding day and the staff organized the wedding ceremony under a beautifully-lit tent with lanterns, candles and petals. It was spectacular. Throughout the process, the team sent over diagrams, outlines, timelines--YOU NAME IT! During the night of the event, the staff (coordinators, servers, bartenders, caterers) was top-notch. I am SO HAPPY we chose Seven-Degrees. Our friends and family were impressed with how beautiful the venue was and how professional the staff is. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so thankful to everyone at Seven-Degrees for all of their hard work and efforts into making this an amazing and unforgettable event for us. It's been 10 years since we got married and I can't believe I didn't leave a review yet! Our wedding coordinator was Alyssa and she was amazing. I always tell people I don't think she ever said "no" to any of our requests. As a planner I like the multiple meetings with timeline checklist and the fact they have a dedicated person on-site makes the biggest difference. Another perk is a chef staff on the premises. Outside of hotels and country clubs who has that? But what sealed the deal for us was: the customization. We like special effects, colors lights and multimedia. Today it's expected, but back then it was different. I'm happy to say visiting 10 years later not much has changed. The rooftop ceremony then downstairs indoor reception is the perfect contrast and makes it very convenient for your guests. Traveling between the two is overrated so if you can find a place that can do both book it. Megan hosted an anniversary cocktail for us and it brought back all the feels. I can honestly say the customer service matches the decor. It's an experience you want to walk away with and that's what they nail here. Seven Degrees is the model all other wedding venues need to follow. They are in a class of their own! read more

As a guest at this venue, it was not a good experience 1. you have to walk up 2 very narrow flights of stairs to get to the wedding ceremony area, although they do have an elevator for those who can't. 2. As guests, you are most likely NOT going to see anything because the bride and groom would be standing 2-3 step down from the guests seating area, unless they set up a high platform for the bride and groom to stand on. BTW...you see a tall hillside right in front of you during the ceremony. No free parking here, all meters, it was a problem for many. I do not suggest this location for a wedding location. We just got married at Seven-Degrees and are so SO glad we chose it as our venue for such an important day!! The location is beautiful, the venue is unique, and we really appreciated the privacy -- you have the entire place all to yourself. We had looked at various hotels, but found that random strangers can watch over your ceremony from their hotel room balconies, and wanted something more intimate. Seven-Degrees went above and beyond our expectations!! Additionally, a huge, big shout-out to Tiffany Tsang who was our coordinator for the event and a total ROCKSTAR!!! Communication was always professional, clear, and so quick. Moreover, she was an absolute necessity on the day of our wedding. After the wedding, everyone asked if everything went according to plan and we just shrugged because we didn't hear anything otherwise!! Why? Because Tiffany handled EVERYTHING. She kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay, and kept everything going smoothly. Seven-Degrees has a great staff who is so helpful with planning prior to the event, and coordinating things on the day of. They were at our sides anytime we needed anything and we're willing to do anything and everything to make sure we had what we needed. The restaurant at the sports bar is terrific. My husband I enjoyed ourselves Saturday night listening to Gary Calvaneso sing. We all ordered drinks and dinner. When my dinner came is was not hot so I mentioned it to the waitress and she brought the manager Kyle over. When I told him about this he immediately had the chef cook me another dinner. I was so impressed. When our bill came Kyle didn't charge me for either dinner the first one and the second hot one. They are so professional and nice. They made us feel welcome. Gorgeous on-site wedding location :] In the back there is a water fountain wall, garden, and semi-large patio area where seating for guests are placed. Downstairs is where they have the reception area, the floor beneath that (pretty much the outside area pavement area) is where everyone was able to mingle before heading inside. Once the venue is all dolled up, it really does look quite magnificent. The only thing I didn't really like about the venue was the parking situation. Yes, there is a large lot however the wedding took place during the Sawdust Festival I believe its called? So parking was scarce (even though we arrived in a limo, it just looked packed). Guests also had the option to park on the street... but the street is kind of busy so beware of passing cars. Beautiful weather, beautiful decorations... the venue gives off a modern-like take. read more

We had our wedding at Seven Degrees two weeks ago and it was amazing. We visited 3 other venues before we came here, we were so worried that we wouldn't be able to find the perfect space for our wedding. That all changed the moment we stepped into Seven Degrees. My husband and I literally fell in love at first sight (with the venue), it was modern and classy and everything we wanted. We were so excited to have our wedding here and booked the space right away. Our coordinator at the venue was Malak. She is extremely helpful and made us feel at ease the entire process. On our wedding day, she made sure everyone was taken care of especially the bride and groom. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator to help make our wedding dreams come true. The food here is phenomenal. All of our guests told us the food here was the best they've ever had at a wedding. Some of our guests even asked if they can come here just for dinner to get the sea bass! The creme brûlée was my favorite, it was made perfectly. To be honest, their desserts are so good you can even pass on the wedding cake! I truly recommend this venue to everyone and you won't be disappointed with the staff, the space, the service and most importantly the food! If I had to plan my wedding again, I would not choose this place. They said they didn't want to stress us out the weekend before our wedding........I wish they really meant that. I would give negative stars if I could. They made wedding planning and my ceremony a total nightmare. One reason I picked this place was because it came as a package with coordinators. One fewer vendor to search for! But goodness, even Cinderella's helpers would've been a million times more effective, and they don't even speak english! I won't make this review too long because then you won't read it, but I'll try to highlight why I am so upset with this place. 1.The Fri/Sat before the wedding, our coordinator emails us with a message that she can no longer provide coordination services until our balance is paid out (the balance was around $1,000 due to additions from our final meeting the week before. We were never given a deadline for this payment, and until then, we had paid the tens of thousands of dollars on time, if not early, and IN FULL). 2. They kept changing the story on the cost and availability of parking spots... and even blamed us for the increase in price. The contract showed $10-15 PER SPOT for our guests, but they wanted to charge us $20!! (Isn't is already ridiculous they charge us per spot for our guests???) 3. They had an extremely unprofessional relationship with our florist and created drama that should have been kept under wraps. Instead, they personally insulted our florist, created inconveniences for them, and tried to charge us the difference because our coordinators didn't understand or listen to our plans for flower set-up. They also created all of this drama the weekend before our wedding, when they knew who our florist was since our first concept meeting! 4. Here's the true kicker. We spent hours and hours choosing the right songs for our wedding. We created a playlist for the guest arrival, guest seating, and specific songs for each part of the ceremony. My husband had a dummy-proof list and titled playlists that explained what to play and when.... First, they had technical difficulties playing the songs. Second, they never bothered to let us know so it could be fixed immediately (and thus, they just played whatever music they wanted). Third, the sound technician from the rehearsal was NOT the same technician on the day of......why did we even have a rehearsal then?????? And FINALLY, THEY PLAYED NO SONG FOR THE BRIDAL PROCESSIONAL (and then played the wrong song halfway down, and then changed it again for the last few seconds). I cannot tell you how frustrating and upsetting and disappointing it is to step out in front of hundreds of people and walk down the aisle UPSET and ANGRY. I did not get to experience the joy or see the excited look on my husband's face as I walked down the aisle, because he could see from far away that I was extremely angry. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I put aside all of the drama and frustration that Seven Degrees had created the final week of preparation. We wanted our wedding day to be worth all of the time, money, and love we poured into it....but that final mistake was not something that we could overlook or brush off. They really screwed up. I cannot express how extremely unprofessional and ill-trained their coordinators are. Technical difficulties should've been taken care of. Protecting the moment should have been more important than protecting the timeline.... And now my ceremony will forever have bitter pit in my heart because Seven Degrees dropped the ball. read more

Fortunate enough to secure this venue for our 10 year high school reunion and I'm simply blown away by how the space and staff exceeded all expectations to deliver an impeccable event. Everything about this place exudes an aura of professionalism and the staff did a great job at making you feel at ease by being extremely helpful with the preparation of the event. When it was showtime, everything ran like clockwork and with precision, just like what you'd expect from a luxury Swiss timepiece. The decor was absolutely stunning. The terrace level offers an amazing view of Laguna while people can congregate and chat. The long walkway leading up to the terrace was flanked with candles to help with ambience and build anticipation for the gorgeous views you're about to take in once you reach the top. The venue is a medium sized space, but they maximize every inch efficiently to make it feel much larger than it is. There's an extensive food list for you to pick from too. We were given 25 choices, from with 4 had to be picked. It was a bit daunting only because all the menu items sounded delicious. Having paid for more people than the number expected to show up, they provided us an additional 2 items of our choice to the menu, free of charge. The food was served buffet style, but there was wait staff circulating in the background to remove used and finished items from the tables. All the staff stayed relatively invisible in the background, but they were ready to be of assistance at a moment's notice, and that was greatly appreciated. Our menu consisted of the caesar salad, 3 cheese pasta, meatballs, breaded chicken tenders, garlic truffle fries and shrimp ceviche shooters. Everything was exquisitely prepared and tasted delicious. The salad was crisp with just the right amount of dressing. I wasn't that fond of the croutons, finding them a bit harder than I would like. The shrimp ceviche was extra tasty and I would've consumed much more if there wasn't such an extensive selection at the bar to pick from. The meatballs and chicken tenders were moist and juicy, and seasoned perfectly. Every team member involved in our event was superb and I would highly recommend this venue and staff for your next event, whether it be a reunion or what they're more accustomed to throwing, a wedding. read more
