History

Established in 2007.

In 1995, Neil Sanders interest led him to pursue a real estate career and since then has worked with different brokers, builders, and developers. In 2007, he started his own brokerage Southeast Texas Properties. His wife Julie decided to bring her experience and skills to the table and joined beside her husband in the business. Our office has since grown to a team of REALTORS and supporting staff. Their diverse backgrounds, skills, knowledge all come together into one vision - to provide an excellent, personal, innovative, and a unique real estate service with integrity.

Meet the Business Owner: Julie S.

Julie Sanders, Broker Associate e-PRO, ABR, AHS, CRS, GRI, REALTOR® is a native of Groves, proud graduate of PN-G, and loves being a part of hometown communities. She uses her emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and strong commitment to education to assist home buyers and sellers in the real estate process. Since 1989, she and her husband have built two homes of their own, moved several times, and survived the complete transformation of three homes with many stories they can laugh about now. She is an active member of the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®, an MLS member of the Southeast Texas MLS, a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
