My friends and I and I were having a chill night out so we ordered Angry Orchards, which were only $6 for a large glass! We got the option of having it with/without ice. My friends and I also ordered a few cocktails during the night, which all equated to ~$7 per cocktail. There are darts in the back area, which you can play for free. The main reason why I love this bar are the staff. The bartenders are so friendly and familial; once you chat with them, it feels like you've known them for years! Our waitress was also very attentive, checking in with us frequently and offering water whenever it seemed like our glasses were empty. And when she gave us a complimentary mini-pizza... like WHAT? How can you not love this woman?! Thanks to her and the staff, we had a wonderful time! Indigo Murphy's is definitely a place to go if you're looking for a place to hangout/chat. A legendary bar!!!…read more Bill's Bar is the kind of place you don't discover. It finds you. No pretense. No polish. Just cold drinks, a jukebox that still matters, and a room full of stories that didn't need a filter to be legendary. The bartenders remember your name. Or at least your drink. The regulars feel like characters, not customers. Every stool has history. This is where nights stretch, conversations get honest, and nobody's in a rush to be anywhere else. It's loud when it should be, quiet when it needs to be, and always exactly what a bar is supposed to be. If you're looking for craft, go elsewhere. If you're looking for soul, this is it.

I truly love Salty Dog and have always enjoyed dining in, which is why this review is so…read moredisappointing for me to write. Unfortunately, my recent delivery experiences have been consistently below the standard I've come to expect. The first time, my Asian Chicken Salad arrived without the dressing. Another order my food arrived without the grilled chicken and the rest of the food cold. This latest order was the worst--I found a long hair in my salad. This isn't an inexpensive meal. As shown on my receipt, the salad alone was nearly $22, and my order totaled over $57. At those prices, I expect much better quality control, especially when it comes to food safety. I've never had an issue when eating at the restaurant itself, so I hope this review brings awareness to the quality of delivery orders as well. Customers ordering takeout deserve the same care and attention as those dining in. I genuinely hope management addresses these recurring issues because I'd love to continue supporting a restaurant I've always enjoyed.

Hubby has frequented Salty Dog mostly with his colleagues, so I was glad to revisit here again after so long. He was bragging as to how good everything is, and was dying to try their pretzel of all things, so we walked right in at around 5PM. We were seated at a high top table over by the bathrooms, but that didn't bother us. Our waiter was super attentive and really chill. He gave us plenty of time to decide and explained how big some portions were for sharing. We finally decided on our beverages on choice first - a blueberry crumble beer for me and an angry orchard for him. Mine was very fresh and surprising; a great compliment with the pretzel that was HUGE! The cheese may or may not have been beer cheese, but it was addicting! A hidden gem right there under your nose on the menu - get it! The boneless chicken wings with their Kentucky whisky BBQ sauce was absolutely AWESOME - we got the small and it was plenty for us as we also got the hamburger sliders with cheese. They needed a bit of ketchup, but solid pub food. Looking forward to more surprise dates here!
