I've used Voda Cleaning & Restoration twice now, and I couldn't recommend them more!…read more The first time, I was paying out of pocket, so I shopped around to find the best price. Voda was not only competitively priced, but they were also incredibly kind and helpful. They gave me those genuine, neighborly vibes you get from a great small business--and it turns out, they actually were my neighbors! So when I had a second flood in another area of my house, I already knew exactly who I was going to call. It's such a relief to find a company you can trust when you're dealing with something as stressful as water damage. Thank you, Voda, for being so wonderful both times! Highly recommend!

Be careful what you are signing and take the iPad from their hands and READ EVERYTHING carefully. They overcharge, their pricing is not based on the region, it is whatever they want to charge. Horrible communication! Never on time. Like HOURS late. OR just never showed up at all. Never a phone call. I went outside to walk my dog one morning and they are sitting outside my house!! They weren't even supposed to be there that day! Freaking make up your mind. Are you showing up or not. It was honestly just laughable. My husband and I didn't know what the heck was going on at this point. This was when we called USAA to try to fire them. After this god awful experience was over and I signed all the documents saying EVERYTHING was completely done.....they come back trying to nail us for $700. Our insurance said it was a BOGUS charge and we are not liable for it. My advice? Go with ANYONE else! If you go with these guys, record every conversation.

I spoke with two people at the call center, and they told me that the technician was supposed to disclose diagnosis prices before even diagnosing any problems or touching anything and he did not do so. He listened and stated that the guy was new and so they will retrain him and offered to refund me my quote fee. Thank you for correcting that and perhaps in the future I will do business with you as your managers seem attentive and empathetic. So had Daylan come out to check out my water heater as it had gone out. He looks at it and basically said it's done for (I was expecting that). I had already priced what one would cost at Lowe's or Home Depot ($700). He said he told me that there was a quote but it will cost a fee. I don't remember him telling me that at all (he says he did). He doesn't tell me how much this "fee" is. With a water heater and installation was going to be $3k, with installation and I provide the water heater $2k. I was no way going to pay for that much. Tell me why this guy hits me with a $248 quote fee! If this guy was an honest person, he'd tell me the fee up front that way I could've declined. But he took advantage of my panicked state. Please stay away, as a matter of fact, my brother could help you do repairs for far cheaper than this business. Will never call this business again.

They finally show up at 7 PM, after stringing me along all day with empty promises and excuse after excuse. But the kicker? They quoted me $2,000 for a basic water pressure regulator replacement--something that any reputable plumber would do for a fraction of that price. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam wrapped in a clown show of incompetence. Total waste of time. Total ripoff. This company has zero respect for your time, money, or intelligence. Due to mold infestation in our HVAC system and duct work, cleaning the duct work was not a viable option. After conducting extensive online research, Fusion Environmental Engineering Group in the Austin, Texas area was selected to evaluate and test the air in our house for mold. Fusion Environmental Group provides Residential and Commercial Mold Inspections, Indoor Air Quality Inspections, Residential Asbestos Inspections, VOCs, and Formaldehyde Testing. The Austin Fusion team of Rick Weir, Mold Inspection Consultant, and Chantell Kirwyn (Tamer of Details) were outstanding in their interactions with us throughout the entire process. Rick Weir conducted extremely thorough mold and air quality inspections. Rick and Chantell are a joy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Cary Kraft, Senior Project Manager. Cary Kraft's clear and in-depth communication throughout the project provided us with peace of mind. Cary also ensured that we would know every detail regarding the project so that there would not be any surprises. We never expected we would ever need an Environmental Engineering company in our lifetime. The Fusion team made the mold inspection and step-by-step process as painless as possible. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a mold problem that requires professional analysis, rest assured Fusion Environmental Engineering Group is the first company you should call. I highly recommend Fusion Environmental Engineering Group.
