My father ordered two tacos de bistek with cheese included. There was also a side of aguacate which he added to the tacos. The also offered some wonderful juices, and I chose the Jamaica juice. First I was feeling confident since the place is a established business/restaurant and not a place off the street, since I didn't want to try my luck and be disappointed. My order was a single torta and it was flavorless, it lack the "yum factor" and presentation Mexican cuisine is known for, just to later find out the ham had a grayish color and that wasn't a good sign, so after one bite I decided to stop eating it. The only great thing about my visit was the fact I was able to spot the meat color and avoid getting sick. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed, if your business talks about how long is being around and it's "well known" for one specific dish (tortas) but you fail to deliver on one single item, you might need to reconsider the quality of your products. Regardless everything we ordered was delicious! The spicy shrimp tempura bites were great! We had some mocktails and they were good as well. The sushi we ordered was fantastic! The ramen was great it had a fantastic kick. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick dinner. Most restaurants in CDMX, this one included have fantastic outdoor seating and well as quaint indoor seating.
