Shipping is always fast (although a little expensive), and everything arrives clean, and packed well. I believe that ODC employs people with disabilities that are in a work training program, which makes me want to support them even more! :-)

They do not care about clients and will not respond to any concerns brought up. I had to ask multiple times any time I needed to reach out. With her professional work, she is direct, thorough, and even forceful in detailing strengths and weaknesses with a manuscript. But she does this without being critical or demeaning as to areas needing improvement, nor, on the other hand, does she fawn over or gratuitously flatter positive areas. But do know the very comprehensive memorandum she provides at the end of her engagement will put you back to work!
