Through numerous obstacles (4th of July holiday, downed power lines, etc, etc) they worked to get our electricity restored from the storm that snapped our telephone pole and left us with live power lines on the ground and no A/C when the temps were in the high 90's. They coordinated with Bowie Cass Electric and made sure everything was working properly and even gave us some education about how electricity and grounding works. I called to say how ridiculous that was to charge me for doing nothing and that the screw they tightened didn't fix the problem. Terrible customer service and very rude people to deal with.
