This is the most unscrupulous company that I have ever dealt with. They lied about not receiving an invoice and said that it will take 45 to 60 days from the time we re-sent it. They promised on two occasions that they would hurry it through and its been over 60 days. Finally after much persistence they said they mailed it. Nothing but lies come from them. Now they are not returning phone calls. I have left several messages. It is so obvious that the very few good reviews they have are from within their company in hopes to offset the bad ones. Read bad reviews all over the internet. The only recourse a contractor has is to lien them or small claims court but they play the odds that no one will over small amounts of money. They have no morals. Note to companies: Please do not use this company----they treat their subcontractors horribly. read more

DO NOT SUB CONTRACT FOR THIS COMPANY, especially if you are a small business owner and count on every invoice to be paid in a timely manner. After many phone calls to Servicecom you might eventually get paid 90 days after you submit invoices. They rush to get the job completed and rush to get the paperwork from you back, but take thier sweet time paying you with different excuses. Or they will call or email back and never do. This company does not rate any stars. I have completed a job in Tennessee for service com over 93 days ago and have not been paid yet. I have made a call once per week starting at 65 days and have been told weekly "We have mailed the check and we do not control the postal service." This company is horrible and completely unethical! They use a company called singleplatform.com to attach themselves to your Google Business Account under "Menu" or "Products and Services". When you fill out the questionnaire for more information, it goes to service.com instead of the company you were requesting information from. For example, you are looking up RoofingCompanyA for information. You fill out the questionnaire under their Google My Business Profile. The information never gets to RoofingCompanyA. Instead it goes to Service.com and they send out their technician. This company should be closed down for unfair business practices! read more

DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! This company SERVICECOMM USA called us back in August of 2016 after a devastating flood happened here in South Louisiana. A guy by the name of Jason called our company C Core, Inc. in Rayne, Louisiana asking if we would be interested in doing some work at 3 Car Quest locations. We asked for plans and specifications on the jobs and within minutes they were emailed to us. Jason with ServiceComm stressed that these stores needed to get done ASAP and we made that happen. We completed all stores in October. When all stores were complete we then was told to get in touch with Pamela Chin about invoicing and getting paid. We then was told that the pay invoice 45-60 days. Here we are January 6, 2017 and have yet to be paid in full. We received a check and was under paid $22,000.00. We called and spoke with Pamela Chin and she again lied about why all the monies wasn't sent. I would not recommend anyone to do business with these guys unless you can wait over 90 days for your money and if you can allow to be paid only what they want to pay!!! My next step with these guys is to start picketing and calling the news media about SERVICECOMM USA. RUN from this company if they call you!!!!!! read more

You would think you're dealing with an office full of children who do not have proper phone etiquette. Forget about getting paid, they'll give you the complete run around! They will call and harass you several times a day when they're in need of your services but God forbid you contact them once to ask when you should be expecting payment for services you provided months ago. No organization within the company, the phone calls were disturbing actually..... same rep calling several times a day asking the same questions as if they never had contact with us. I tried working as a contractor for this company. They are the worst experience in 20 years of business I have had. They are disorganized, rude, overcharge others for your work, and then don't pay you. Months later, I still haven't been paid. The company's business plan is to cold call contractors off the internet they don't know anything about, have you bid estimates out against each other, then double what you charged them to their clients. Then they drag out payment until you give up asking, or they find a way not to. They are dispatchers that no nothing about construction, and don't pay out anything until they get paid and 90 days have gone by. The business model itself is a scam. Their clients could just as easily use google to find random contractors and get better service since the contractors will know they are getting paid for their services. The clients will also save 40% or more not using them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! read more
