After it was time to go to the next step with the court, we learned that proof of service wasn't filed as promised. This delayed our proceedings and we had let them know we were already on a time crunch. Then, after following up about that part, they then said we had to file with the court. So here we are 30 days later and we are having to delay our process due to this negligence. I would not use this service. They also never pick up their phone after their initial sales pitch. If I could give zero stars I would. I called the court and they confirmed that legal process of TN does send the proof of service directly. Very misleading company.
