They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! In January when we had at least 6 inches of snow I did NOT hear from them. I attempted to reach them by phone, text & email. To this day 2/19/23 I have not heard from them! Extremely disappointed…read more I was quoted $85 for service, then told the next request that the price was a "promo" and the actual cost was $100, which was never disclosed upfront. After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
