WARNING TO TOURISTS! WARNING TO CAMINO TRAVELLERS! This restaurant will bring out plates that you…read moredid not order over and over again, and then charge you a hefty fee for them even though you did not order them, and then insist that you must pay even though you did not order the food. The manager named Ususanna was unreasonable and could not understand that we did not order any rice nor french fries, and kept insisting we needed to pay for them even though the waiter brought out the plates 2 times incorrectly. When the waiter brought out the incorrect orders the second time after we were all finished with our meal, we laughed and ate some french fries off one of the plates because we felt sorry for the waiter. The manager, Ususanna, kept saying that there was a fee for sitting outside. I had no problem with an outdoor fee, but I did not feel it was right for the restaurant to charge us for 2 plates we did NOT order, and charge us a fee for more than our entire meal for those two incorrect combination dishes. I showed the waiter clear photos of fried onion rings we wanted to order 2 times, and he said he understood, but continued to bring out the wrong order after we had finished our hamburgers and water. I said over and over again "cebolla frito, solamente." The manager kept blaming the mistake on our Spanish language ability. I speak enough Spanish to clearly communicate, and I also used Google translate fluently with them, so we did not misunderstand. The waiter and restaurant manager simply handled this situation very poorly without the ability to resolve their mistake. This was not a difficult situation but the restaurant did NOT handle it well, and I had to say aloud, "It is the principle, that we should not have to pay for dishes that you incorrectly brought out two times, and then charge us a hefty fee for them." In the end, I paid for the bill minus of the combo dishes in cash. TOURISTS BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL RESTAURANT! Who runs a business this way?!
