I gave Carlene the difficult task of helping me find an investment property before the end of the year in late November. On top of that I was out of state for the entire process. Carlene worked with my extremely busy schedule to coordinate everything from viewing the potential homes (while FaceTiming me), to making the offer, and getting the inspection done. She anticipated issues before I even thought of them and provided me with options and advice for every step of the process. I could go on and on of all of the things Carlene did to make the process go smoothly, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend working with her!

Like it was my great opportunity to shop there vs. their opportunity to serve me. Pelham was much different in the most positive way. Let's start with what I purchased. A brand new Large Green Egg smoker, my forth in my lifetime. In addition a Green Egg outdoor kitchen. The salesmen from the time I walked in the store treated me like a respected client. He came to me and warmly wanted to help me. I tested him by asking him to follow up with me on his 4th of July sale. He did. On the phone I spent in excess of $2,700.00. My delivery was three days later and it was perfect. How two stores owned by the same people can be so different is beyond me.
