They didn't look at my resume, only asked about my most recent job, which was Doordash due to a car accident injury THAT IS NO LONGER HINDERING MY WORK. They wanted someone with 5-10 years experience in office work. A TEMP AGENCY. When I was finally told I would be transferred to a recruiter for an onboarding interview, I was sent to voicemail. Wasted 3 weeks of my time. Go somewhere else.

If you have not had any work history in the past 6 months, they deny you regardless of any employment history. Don't waste your time. Being a recruiter myself, I would say I have fair expectations. I was even being considered for an internal role, but their office was a little too far from home. I've always been torn if I want to stay in the industry or go back to admin, so I decided to reach out for a new position to see what they had available. The girl in this office is the worst. We had a call scheduled, and of course, she forgot. I reached out over email showing her how we had a scheduled time to talk. Her response? "Oh sorry, I got caught up on another call." Now normally that would be fine but the fact that you didn't call me back after that call tells me YOU FORGOT. I tried to email her again to reschedule and she never responded again. I even tried leaving her a voicemail. NOTHING. Work with an agency that will return your calls and emails. The agency I have worked for internally in the past will at least tell you that they might not be a great resource, have nothing for you at the moment, or disengage in a polite way. Not just treat you like dirt.
