This is all happened over the course of two years. I still have not received any records, nor has my lawyer. The counselor hung up on the video session between us in February 2021. I do not suggest this practice to anyone who is looking for positive results or outcomes.

Told I had an appt, sent a text reminder of said appointment...waited WEEKS for appointment, to go there... be told sit in lobby, then told mins later "no you need to go out of the building and up side steps and wait there. Get there " you need to fill out this stack of paperwork for your appointment". Halfway through the stack of paperwork, the receptionist on duty comes to second waiting room to take me back outside and inside downstairs back to first waiting room, then takes half of the paperwork I'd done, rips it up and says "you don't need to do that, you've done it before". Then I'm told to complete the rest of the paperwork and bring it to counter when I'm done and the straw that broke my mental back.,,"oh you don't really have an appointment with Kaitlyn today....THAT WILL BE ABOUT 2 more weeks?!!!!....this appointment was just to FILL OUT PAPERWORK". WTH!?!! "we will call you to set up another appt".... UHHHH NOPE YA WONT! And this is our areas mental health service??? Still investigating to see if my insurance was billed in ANY WAY for this "visit" that wasn't. One star under duress only. The only positive part of this mess I saw was Bonnie, the counselor, she tries but when your public point of contact.... your receptionist is that unorganized and acts like you're bothering her when you walk to the window to ask a question, it's going to continue to mess up your organization and potentially lead someone in CRISIS in the WRONG DIRECTION.
