He was very uplifting to talk to, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise by the types of questions he asked. The best part, however, was a week AFTER my appointment. I complained to my family that I was going for my first visit with a new Dr and I hated that I wouldn't get treatment on the first visit. WRONG He started my treatment today. No long list of months and months of return visits. Says he can probably have me good by Friday this week!! I went immediately into the treatment/exam room and waited less than 5 minutes for the Dr. The office is clean, staff is very friendly. After ER visits, numerous specialist, five months of daily vertigo with very little sleep, a late…read morediagnosis, and an insane amount in medical bills, Brian Prettyman made it all (well not the bills) go away within one week with just two visits (three for good measure but wasn't needed) - and we probably spent less than an hour total together. After all of the letdowns, I was very skeptical of "ear physical therapy" (aka vestibular therapy) but he really gave me my life back. And I'm not saying that lightly. Little to no sleep does a real wonder on the mind as well as the body and I was on a steep decline. I can't express my gratitude enough. And I felt heard. He took the time to talk to me first and listened to all of my concerns (and crying). I couldn't even get through the first day testing without an episode and subsequent freaking out, but he never made me feel bad about it. He worked with me exactly as I requested.
