When you arrive , you must write your name down on a list and provide some form of ID. Then they will give you a card which is your tab. Once inside , you can sit anywhere in the house, as long as that section is not reserved. Begin to wine and dine as usual, but if you can see the bartenders , they really put passion into making these beverages! About the food: I didn't find particularly delicious but they do have a full menu! Staff was very friendly !

Nice friendly and informative staff. A LARGE, very large…read morevariety of beers! Seating and decor is very rustic and industrial. I went here with work colleagues. It's easy to get in, but we caught a long line at check out, with charges we weren't really sure was accurate. We didn't have anything to eat, but the food floating around other tables seems appetizing.

Brewdog beers are excellent, that's pretty much established already. Sadly, this bar isn't. It…read morefeels generic and out of character (not kidding, they played Shania Twain and Coldplay while we were there, pretty odd for a brewing company that models itself as an anarchist punk brand), and it is INSANELY pricey. It may be worth it for the small beer flights to try their offerings, but our night there, two people and 3 HALF pints each, cost R$170 (around USD $75). I'd say skip this bar and buy your brewdogs at your nearest artisanal beer shop.

Really liking this place. The appetizers were great, specially the Coxinha de Feijao and the…read morebolinhas de queijo. The vibe was pretty cool and they had a pretty solid selection of beers and drinks. The beers were on average between 14 and 30 Reais per glass, from what my fuzzy memory remembers, so it's not recommended for the budget partier. I will definitely go back again, but I will make sure to pre-game first!

Somewhere on a dimly-lit street is a door that opens into this wonderful cocktail bar. This bar had…read morealways been highly recommended by my 2 contain-experts - Fabio S. & Rodrigo R. - so when Yelp organised a cocktail night there, I was game for it and oh boy ! the place doesn't disappoint when it comes to the quality of cocktails and the price they charge for it - when it comes to cocktails São Paulo has a lot of of varying qualities - Boca excels at what they serve and for the price they charge for it. The drinks at Boca are well prepared, with good quality alcohol (not top shelf but quite good) - they have a good classic cocktail list but what stands out is this drink called "macunaima" served in small glass, costing R$ 8.00, made with a mix of Brazilian Cachaça, Fernet-Branca liquor & Lime - its a great drink and certainly one of the fastest ways to tipsy land...lol ! The other classics at Boca like Negroni, Martini, Manhattan etc are all worth a try. Most of these drinks are in the R$ 21.00 - R$ 24.00 price range and, once again, very well made. The ambient at Boca is very laid back - they have 3 people at the bar (2 of them are co-owners) and a decently functioning kitchen for the snacks - they are apparently very popular for their Bulova (haven't tired it) but whatever other snacks I have eaten, from the very balanced spicy 'acelga', to the sweet potato fries and the crispy pork rinds - it all works very well, and once again, good value for money. The place is quite busy, they have 2 floors, with a free pool table on the top floor - the service is okay but the decor and charm of the place really make it once of the best places in São Paulo for cocktails...it's not there at the level of Frank Bar but its certainly among my top 5 places to get a drink. There are definitely going to be several more visits to Boca de Ouro !
