She had previously gone in and the sweet sales clerk ordered 3 for her and said she would call when they came in. The call she received said that only 2 of the chains arrived. When we walked into the store a different young woman came up to us and said "how can I help you". In a very flat tone with the impression we were bothering her My gf explained the situation to her admitted she knew the 3rd one did nt arrive because it was "out of stock". "Well I didn't place the order so I can't tell you what the status is!" GF said "what if we ordered that chain in a different size?" Clerk. "You don't seem to understand it's out of stock". GF: Well what if you look at a longer length? Clerk: "what don't you understand...it's out of stock!" (In a condescending voice!!). I personally huffed in response to how rude she was being and she looked at me and replied "what! I responded "I can't believe you're treating a customer like this!" She turned her back to us and went to a back room to find someone who could help us Thank God the next person to come to us was the gal who placed the order. She recognized my friend and said "oh hello... I see you're back! ( with a smile of recognition) And proceeded give us great service and actually sell one of the chains that seem to be very fitting for the pendant! As we sat at her desk finalizing the sale I asked her "is that the granddaughter of the owner". She said no, and asked me why I was inquiring. So I told her. "She's the absolute worst clerk I've ever encountered and that she was not only rude to my friend and I, but that when a woman with a neck brace came into the store she unfortunately had to get that snippy young girl She said "you guys called me three times but I couldn't come in because I had neck surgery so I'm here now! At which the snotty clerk replied "well I don't know what you're talking about. I'll have to look on the computer and see if there are any notes at which the Customer replied. "That surprises me because you were one of the person who called me!!! Because of those 2 encounters I know I'll never spend a dime in that store. I myself would have walked out the door the minute she started waiting on me! My girlfriend is just to nice!
