If you're looking for septic repair, maintenance, installation, leach line/pipe or field work, I…read morehighly suggest letting Franks come out to take a look and give a quote. Every employee who works there is extremely knowledgeable. Daniel is the owner and will work with you, as you know finances are tight for just about everyone these days, we'd been without a working septic for weeks. I had been told that Franks Septic had several big jobs at the time I called, not to count on any field work being done till early next month, we'll, Daniel made certain to get out here between jobs and repair the main leach line, bring in dirt, rocks and paper for getting the entire job done correctly the first time around. What id thought would take a few days they had it done in just less than two hours. Amazing. Its almost 100 degrees mind you. The owner doesn't have to do this kind of work but he knew we were showering outside with a bucket and took care to ensure we could shower regularly now! We had Daniel (the owner, as there's two Daniel's that work within the company) and Gideon working out here to get things up and running. Both Daniel s and the other employees are passionate about what they do and take the time to explain every detail. Id been told I needed a part in the past via another company but when I asked Daniel he said he'd check the system, he showed me where I had that part already installed so there was no need to put in another one. Daniel kept in contact with me several times throughout the week to let me know where they were and to drop off supplies for the job, I was in constant contact with someone whether it was Daniel or Nicole back at the office. Really great communication, very professional, just an all around pleasant family owned and run company. They don't take shortcuts. You'll have the work done right the first time. Thank you Franks Septic, you guys rock.

My Experience with Zoom Bath Installation:…read more I requested a quote for a shower surround installation and made it clear that I didn't want to take measurements myself. They came out, spent about 20 minutes measuring, and later provided a reasonable estimate. I agreed to proceed, and they scheduled the job a few days later. When they arrived to do the work, they acted as if I was supposed to provide the plastic surround -- something that was never discussed. I called Zoom, but they didn't seem to remember the technician who came out and took the original measurements. Since I needed the job completed quickly to sell my unit, I met the crew at Home Depot and purchased the surround they recommended. Due to an emergency, they couldn't return that day. The next day, they came while I was napping. I could hear them struggling to make the surround fit. When I got up, they had already taken the back piece of the surround and left to run errands. Later that day, I discovered they had completely removed the previous contractor's cement board (HardieBacker) installation -- which I had paid over $1,000 for -- without asking for my permission. They also did not complete the trim work, which they said it's a not part of the job. They had to return another day to finish installing the fixtures. They later claimed the surround wasn't designed to fit between the studs and the existing HardieBacker, but they never consulted me before removing anything. The final install still had no trim -- as you can see in the photos. Then they billed me nearly double the original quote. I paid the bill but asked if they would consider offering a discount -- I received no response. To meet my appraisal deadline, I ended up purchasing plastic trim myself and completed the finishing work in about two hours. Photos 1 who they left it, 2. After I did my own trim work

It was replaced quickly and the job was paid for. I asked if the work was guaranteed. The answer was NO, something is always going wrong with swamp coolers. Afterwards, I found that the plumber took several pictures while he was up there, installing the new spider. And there was a huge hole in one of the pads. WHY DID HE NOT TELL ME. I had the pads replaced. Since then there have been a lot of humid days, swamp coolers don't work as well during humidity. Recently the humidity dropped and I expected the the cooler to work better. That was not the case. It seem that pads are still not getting wet. And yes the water pump is working. The plumber bragged about how many swamp coolers he had installed. I don't recommend Zoom plumbing.
