BUT yesterday I had an appointment at 11:40, I had my hair done at the salon at 9am so I was worried I would be late to the brow bar, I even expressed it to the manager as I was waiting for my hair appt, she smiled and said it would be fine. But we finished my hair early and i browsed around Ulta waiting until closer to time for my appt. I finally decide to sit down and wait at the bar, she asked me if she could help me and I said I had an appt, she said no you mean the salon and I said no I specifically wanted the brow bar, another worker comes over and checks the book and we come to find out I was scheduled for the next day at that time. Not my fault that it was written on the wrong day! But I was automatically made to feel dumb like I'm the one that screwed up. So i say you can't get me in? She says yeah at 5pm! Mind you I live 40 minutes away, so no that won't work, I'm feeling frustrated that they won't help me, and get up to leave and she says so you want your appt tomorrow? I shook my head and said no and booked it out of there. I get it mistakes happen, but don't make the customer feel like it's their fault, I felt so dumb in front of everyone and still had bushy eyebrows too! I ended up finding a spa that got me in real quick for a simple wax. Not what I had intended at all!
