To my surprise, they offered to get me in that day! I wasn't able to accept the appointment that day due to living over an hour away, but they did get me in the very next day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kirk was very friendly as well! I had to have an in-office procedure, in which he had to lance my face... with a scalpel! Sounds WAY frightening right!? Not at all!! He made me feel very comfortable and calm during the entire procedure.
