It is very conveniently located, and the space is clean, private, and nicely decorated. I appreciate that all of the prices were spelled out in English and German --so no surprises. The technicians were both very friendly and both speak fluent English, German, and Spanish. And because I am proud to support women and immigrant-owned businesses, I also appreciate that this business was owned by an Afro-Cuban woman.

They don't use linen strips.... Just the wax directly on your skin, it cools a bit, then they pull the wax off. I am happy with the result & professionalism. The technician was so sweet & funny, and made a generally awkward situation (which bikini waxing always is...lol), so much easier. Will be back (in 6-8 weeks...lol).

I don"t know if they have this method in the US, but i'm going to look into it as soon as I get home. Virtually painless, who knew it was possible!! She was extremely thorough and also took care of a couple of ingrown hairs, (ew!) which she gets bonus points for!
