We recently found out that our upstairs toilet had developed a slow leak. The leak eventually made…read moreitself known when it started coming through the finished drywall ceiling of our garage. Unfortunately, by that time it had saturated the subfloor around the toilet. The plumber that fixed the leak recommended another company that immediately went for the big insurance payout. So, I said no thank you and checked reviews on several companies before settling on Flood-X. Jason got us set up immediately and we had someone at the house the next day. For thousands less, and no insurance claim, Flood-X was able to dry our subfloor completely. They even gave us the equipment for 3 extra days after the initial 3 days of drying had only yielded a 10% decrease in moisture. After the 3 additional days, everything registered bone dry (thank goodness, because then we would have needed to file a claim). Awesome group of guys and very professional. Thank you!
