We made an offer on a home he was listing, received a call from him that our offer was accepted and he would be sending the executed agreement over to our realtor shortly. 2 days go by with ZERO communication from him. Our realtor called him directly, called his office, emailed and texted him with no response for 2 days. He finally emailed our realtor back (couldn't even muster up the courage for a phone call) explaining that he continued to show to property after verbal agreement and a better offer came in, which the seller signed for. He is a snake, a coward and a liar. I'm seeing many other reviews of the same, listen to our warnings, do yourself and your family a huge favor and stay far away from this liar.
