I…read moreordered 6 boxes of tile and start putting it down on the kitchen floor for a client just to find out two boxes were the complete wrong flooring. I call them to tell them the mistake they made, it takes them over a day to get back to me. They don't do anything to try to make it right, until we call and call. THEY MESSED UP! Finally they get use the two new boxes after we waited two weeks with the clients floor unfinished and glue already on the floor. They didn't even call us to tell us the new floor they messed up was in we had to call multiple times. We had to pay for a roller. We had to pay for someone to put the flooring down. We had to take time to scrape the glue off. They are very unprofessional and one of the worst experiences with a company. SEAN is the worst. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN with them.

Two days ago I stopped by their store just before closing and told them what was going on and showed them several pictures. Two days later they sent out a team to fix the issue at no charge. Talk about fast service. They showed up on time and the repair looks great. This company stands behind their product and their workmanship!
