Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!

The entire experience was no less than fantastic. The rapport of the staff towards myself and my daughter was warm and genuine. The care was good and the plan for progress and discharge was thorough and comprehensive. The food was even good! The weekend staff seemed a little less committed to the level of care, but our family member was "with it" and I think that helps.

Unfortunately, the longer she was there, the more things went downhill. When we tried to voice our concerns to Kelly (who, by the way, is listed as the grievance officer) and Sequin (the "resident care manager") they were absolutely useless. We did encounter a few good CNAs: Emily, Tirsa, and Ashley, but the rest should look into another profession. One of them even flat out refused to do her job, and every day I would clean up when I got there because they're all too lazy, leaving garbage and crap all over the room.

We have had consistent caregivers over this period of time. The office staff is also very professional...they make sure our needs are met. I realize that there are other such agencies, but I would never leave Home Care. With a spouse who has major medical needs, it is critical that I have consistently quality care and Home care provides that. A+

No one said the were sorry to see her go but the facility got a bouquet of flowers. I contacted them to share my upset. I was told there would be grief support and I would be contacted, I am still waiting. The social worker was not helpful neither was the chaplain. I would not recommend this company.

We were so happy to find Liz Fischer! She spent time talking to me and my husband to find out the…read moreright place for my brother-in-law to move to. This is a challenging time with Covid-19, but Liz arranged for us to see (by some different means) 4 adult foster care homes all in one afternoon. She also came to each appointment with us and jumped in appropriately to ask owners questions that she knew we needed answers to. She also provided us with a basic questionnaire form so that we had a list of some good questions to ask each owner. We ended up choosing one of the 4 places, and everyone is very pleased with the choice. Liz is knowledgeable and resourceful! Thank you Liz!
