First off Dayton charged me a lot less than other attorneys and took payments, something NO ONE…read moreelse would even consider. He was able to get me a good deal on a bogus charge. My only complaints are that when i was offered the plea deal I was told I would have to go to an assessment. I inquired if this assessment was just an easy one time thing or was it day reporting. I was told it was a one time thing but it was day reporting. The people in day reporting told me this confusion happens all the time. Second was after my probation was up I had to go to one last hearing. I was under the impression my probation was over 4 months ago and told this was just a formality. I was not told that I would still be subject to one last assessment that resulted in my plea deal being revoked. This was the prosecutor just being petty. Dayton was still able to talk them down to throwing out one of my charges but if I would have been made fully aware of the nature of this last hearing it would have gone very different. It was a lack of communication. I still appreciate everything he was able to do for me and hopefully clients in the future will be made aware of the nature of the assessment and the last hearing. Just make sure you ask about anything you are not clear about. he is easy to get in contact with and always available. He does return phone calls.

I signed the paperwork, sent it back, then he never returned any of my calls. There wasn't a spat, a bad conversation, or anything of the like. I don't understand why he didn't have the professional courtesy to follow-up with me. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to working with him. He recently did the same thing to a friend of mine, minus the contract. I truly hope he improves on his follow-up and follow-through.

He had nothing but good things to say about how well he had handled his case. We took his advice, and it was the best call I could have made. Mr. Cranston answered our call immediately, always responded promptly as the case progressed, and always made me feel like I was his first priority. He stood by our side throughout the process and negotiated a fair settlement for me. We couldn't have been more pleased. Which is why, when I was hit head-on in another accident a year later, I called Mr. Cranston again. He's gone above and beyond, he made sure that all my medical needs were met and paid for, he has advised us throughout the process, he has always been available and prompt in his responses. He negotiated another fair settlement, one that guaranteed that both my present and future medical expenses will be covered and that compensated me for missed work and pain and suffering. I can say, without reservation, that Mr. Cranston has given us the best representation we could have asked for. Competent advice, excellent communication, and great results. His staff, particularly Diana, are present, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. I would, and do, recommend him to anyone who needs legal representation.

I have never been 1 day late in 14 yrs and have paid over $1000/month to be a father but now, at NO FAULT OF MY OWN, I'm 4 months and 2 days behind due to the modified support order being implemented months before amount was even agreed upon. The modified child support amount was NOT agreed upon by both parties until March 27th, 2023 so it is impossible to have owed anything more than the original amount prior to that date. Not one time in any email communications was I notified after the final hearing on Nov. 3, 2022 that the new child support amount was to begin at the start of the New Year 2023. The only communications from my attorney, Michelle Bechtel, after the final hearing concerning child support was that she was working on the modification and asked me on occasions to provide paystubs and tax information. I was also asked about overtime as well. NOT ONE TIME was I told the new child support amount would be implemented retroactively to start on Jan. 1, 2023.
