Horrible customer service. Don't buy from this place. I tried supporting a small business and made it a point to buy from this store even though the product I buy is sold everywhere. I've been coming here to buy disposable electronic vapes for a few months. now there's been two occasions where the vape I purchased was defective. The first time he was reluctant to exchange it, but did. The second time he said, it's not his problem. The product appeared to be working fine when I tested it in the store, but I quickly realized that it was not working properly. This electronic vape usually last me several weeks. This one is almost empty after only using it this weekend. The battery isn't charge and it's burning after I inhale wasting the juice inside. I ordered an item from this place very frequently. I told the gentleman behind the counter that I did this because he sold his products cheaper than other places. Feels like I should have kept my mouth shut on this one, because the next time I bought the same product, the price had gone up. He didn't even tell me as I only noticed when I checked my card transaction later. I guess the meaning of customer retention is lost on this business. Lol... they are pretty good at matching your tobacco, tell's your smoke Marlboro, Camel, ect and they will sell you a sac of tobacco and a box of cigarette tubes, then the staff will tech you how to load the machine and cassette and about :20 later you get a carton of smokes for $25-$35 bucks! read more

I don't know how they don't have reviews cause the place doesn't look like it's new. But anyways there very inexpensive and the guy is pretty nice in the front. I got some juice for my vape for $6 which is pretty cheap. And they have a large variety of juice. read more

I believe this is the cig store next to Ralphs market on Sherman Way at Shoup. If it isnt well just know that this is the smoke shop aka cig store Im wanting to do a review on. I just spent 15 mins on my phone prior to entering his store getting the coupons mobile off Marlboros website, official website too and on his front door of his shop he has a sign saying they accept Marlboro mobile coupons for quite some time now and I go in there and they have marlboro some packs say a dollar off so I choosesome marlboro 27s that have a buck off on them and he tells me with a dollar off they cost a total of 8 dollars. So then I show him my phone with everything ready on it which note the marlboro website even says near me his is one of the stores accepting mobile coupons from them and he proceeds to tell me no he doesnt take those and to forget about them lol. I asked then why would youhave a sign on your front door saying you do and he says they dont pay him lol which no other business has ever thats included on their accepting list has ever told me they didnt pay them. Especially ones even having a sign on the door because alot that take the couponsdont even have a signthat they do too even. I told him wow really they dont pay you huh? This isnt the first time Ive had this kind of experience with this place either. He tried a few years ago to do same kind of crap with false advertising of prices on big signs in theparking lot to which he was lying then too and not giving the cigs for the price posted due to me also using a coupon. Ive seen him be rude to hisusual customers that arw friendly to him and tell him they will get their usual. He closes way early too and he actslike you are bothering him because you showed up there. Go across the street to Stone smoke shop they are very friendly always and the owner has always treated all my friends and I nicely and even will stay open later a bit too for you if you are running late aslong as you call him beforehand. Stone smoke shop is larger and way nicer and hasalot more selections and isopen till ten pm weeknights. Theyhave alot of interesting fun selections there and the latest products and fair prices at Stone smoke shop. This other crabby old guy should work where he doesnt deal with the public like a morgue. read more
