So I moved my things out but they charged me for a full month rent for one of the bays which was over $600! I had items in there for 5 of the 30 days of June so I was expecting a refund of the difference. I was told that because I did not notify the Gainesville office and notified the 1-800 corporate they would not refund my money. Buyer beware!! I will not use this facility again as a result of this billing practice!

I immediately moved out and will never use this company again. Beware of the low initial price offered for units....if they have someone new who wants to rent your space, they will raise the price so high that , in my case, was almost double. So much for caring about your customers and their loyalty to their business. I would never recommend this business. I used this storage space prior to Self Storage Plus acquiring the business, and much prefer the previous owner who did not rip you off like this.

She tried to transfer me to another ground floor unit but none were available although it was advertised online as 3 being available. She tried to transfer me to upstairs level which I did not want. I requested for a refund and she said the $29 admin fee was non refundable. Plus she can only refund me the charge for the lock Today. The remaining $127 will be refunded once she submits and gets approval from corporate office. the unit is still showing as active on my account and the same 3 units are still advertised online as being available as of now.

I stored my car with Storage sense for the winter. It was a small space, but luckily, an even…read moresmaller car. Storage sense's monthly price was at least $100/month less than anywhere close. But what really made this place special is its assistant manager, Aspen Rose. Not only did he go out of his way to make the entire process simple, but he helped me get the measurements right beforehand, and get the car squeezed into a snug space. Registration and checking were quick and painless. Likewise, retrieving the car and closing out the account were quick and painless. And it was great to greet Aspen again. He and storage sense are what all service business should strive for.
