Abysmal customer service. I bought a hairdryer on sale for 30% off, but once home I noticed I'd been charged full price. I took my receipt to customer service and was asked to move to the side as they waited on other people who came after me. I wasn't sure if they were planning to help me or just keep ignoring me. Eventually I had my chance to explain the issue, and they gave me a gift card - requiring me to go back into their store and buy something just to get my "discount". No apologies for the mistake on their part.

They barely even made eye contact. I even asked twice if there was anyone at all in the store who spoke English, and they said no. It was a huge waste of time, except that I now know to skip shopping at Chedraui in the future. read more
