I had a full‑service membership for three months, and not once did I leave without an issue. A so‑called manager told me not to expect clean windows because "they can't clean everything." Another time, they moved my car, trapped it between other vehicles, and left me sitting for almost 10 minutes even though they claimed it was done. I was even told it was my job to make sure the cashier gave me a receipt, and the attendant refused to verify my membership by my sticker. Then, without warning, they raised the membership price by $5. Poor service is one thing,but raising prices without notice while delivering this level of inconsistency and disrespect to your customers is unacceptable.

When I was called to look at the car, I noted that the mats still looked horrible. The excuse was that I didn't pay for having them washed down. Took the truck and due to my being late, drove off distracted.
