I called multiple times, and his assistants would say "Paul is away from the office, and we aren't authorized to access your account. Would you like to leave a message?" Plus two automobiles, they put me on an all-state plan claiming it would be 120 dollars less a month over all for all. However it was actually over 200 more because after the first bill they had switched the premium. I did not blame Cobble for the bait and switch at first, I just went in and had them change it but they claimed they couldn't find cheaper. I just canceled all but my house and went with a company without them. Nothing else happened and I never complained to them about the mishap. However, I went back in after putting an offer in on a house and asked them to find the best quote for me. I talked to a woman around 40 minutes and she was kind, However I was never given a quote so I called and she claimed I had to talk to someone. I then got an email saying cobble refused to do business with someone of my type. I do have autism and a speech impediment which I realize they are discriminating over that. Not a single thing has happened for them to not work with me. I tried 2 weeks to get an explanation of the denial, and I kept being told I am not the type they help. I told them I would be making reviews about their actions later on if needed but I would like to resolve it without that. My lawyer tried to get information about why they were doing this and he has been ignored. I reminded them a 3rd time about my lawyer needing information and the clowns thought it would be funny to threaten to call the police for trying to get them to finish the job. I have reached out to Chad Cobble in an email to figure out what's going on since this is the only place in town that finds you policies. He has not responded in over a week. The woman who is discriminating is named Amanda. She keeps harassing me. I am pending 2 lawsuits against them depending on the communication I get from Chad.
